I think this works as long as your experienced workers know that they have a role to play in training the trainees - even those who are not directly managing them. I'm tending to be in 4 days now if not 5, because as a leader part of our role is to be seen, even though when I am not travelling I could easily manage on 3 days in the office.

Probably keep that to yourself when in Finland. They really hate Russia - 102 years independent this week, but the Swedes are not always too popular either given the 700 years or so Finland was part of Sweden. The Finnish were treated very much as second class citizens to the Swedish Finns, even more recently the Swedes held a lot of wealth and power in Finland.

It's not that hard to encourage people to have kids. They need a house they can afford, affordable childcare which makes going back to work actually pay money, and child benefit that doesn't go away because one of you has a good income.

My Citizenship test isn't till January, so it will be a few more months until I get to stand up and swear allegiance. I think though, if I start thinking too much about Australian politics I might go completely mad... Meanwhile I had a 50:50 sporting weekend... City win, Cricket shockingly poor, Wildcats last second 1 point defeat from 20 point lead and finally Lando wining the F1 Championship. I need a lie down!

Yep and when he inevitably does it again, he will be banged up.

Something we can all agree on!

Andrew Menary KC was keen to talk about where the boundaries lie in the freedom of speech debate. He told Joey Barton: "Robust debate, satire, mockery and even crude language may fall within permissible free speech. "But when posts deliberately target individuals with vilifying comparisons to serial killers or false insinuations of paedophilia, designed to humiliate and distress, they forfeit their protection. "As the jury concluded, your offences exemplify behaviour that is beyond this limit - amounting to a sustained campaign of online abuse that was not mere commentary but targeted, extreme and deliberately harmful." He's an absolute cretin who should be in jail.

Do you really think our relationship with EU leaders is worse than it was before Brexit? It absolutely isn't. There might be some bickering around defense spending, but the EU will find they need BAE Systems and others pretty soon, just as much as we need French defence suppliers. Remember again the EU is not Europe, and we have NATO (even ignoring the idiot over the pond) and plenty of other reasons to remain close to our European friends without being in the EU.

Fine to have these companies funding STEM study, they rely on engineers etc. for their future talent, and that often means starting to encourage kids to study it in schools. To allow them to provide content however is completely inappropriate. You wonder sometimes where the ethics training is for organisation that sign up for this. Reminds me of junk food companies in the US funding school health programs.

Heathen.

He certainly had all the advantages of wealth when it comes to getting seats in the best cars all the way through on the way to F1, and additional track time. You still need to have the talent to win it of course, else every rich kid would be driving a Formula 1 car. By all accounts he is a good guy, my mate was his fitness coach on the McLaren Young Driver program from when he was 12 to about 19.

130 Full international caps there. None of them belonging to Soumare.

Yes it is rather. On for an old school 500+ innings here!

bean juice belongs all over the breakfast imo.

UGG are clearly overpriced, but they are undoubtedly better quality than most of the competition, and there are many many competitors over here. I guess you pay for the confidence they aren't market quality crap.

Things are not perfect, but I also think there are managers out there who could do better with this team.
-
They are opportunists. I don't think half of them believe anything they say, they just want publicity and money.
-
Some of us have been pointing out for nearly 20 years that telling anyone who had a question about immigration they were racist was not going to end well.
-
They can be completely wrong. People come to the wrong conclusions all the time for various reasons. Lack of objectivity, not having all the information or lack of reasoning skills.

No. Well, maybe. Probably. Yes. No!

She didn't need to increase taxes. At all.
-
There is a lot wrong with her approach, she has increased welfare spending and done sod all to help business or deliver growth, on top of the employers NI increase last year.
