Very popular over here too, as you say pretty tough to stand up to the conditions.

You can't trust positive people. FACT.

Like everywhere else the hard right seem to be the loudest and most powerful voices at the moment. I also have a lot of sympathy with non-Israeli Jewish people who feel personally attacked and unsupported by many. Its a very emotionally not necessarily logical thing. No one (at least no one without a nasty agenda anyway) logically wants what has happened, yet on both sides its almost impossible to see a calm sensible way out.

Ah it happens to the best of us, as well as the rest of us. Mark is pretty even handed imo, but we all get a bit silly sometimes.

Yeah too expensive unfortunately - there is a cap at about $90k for this tax exception. Honestly the IX3 is such a jump ahead from by wife's 2018 disco sport tech wise its plenty new enough for us!
-
New one coming out this time next year, so they are essentially only building for another few months with standard spec. Not sure the tax incentives will still be here in 12 months and I need one now really. I think I probably prefer the IX3 current look to the new one anyway, I must be getting old! Ioniq look good, but too small for us.

What EV do you have? We have just had some major issues come up with our second car, and given the lovely incentives in Australia I am looking a 3 year lease on an EV. Strongly considering the BMW iX3 at the moment as a similar quality replacement for the car we are selling on.

Trump gets more nuts doesn't he? I think he cannot believe what he can get away with while he is making massive economic headlines to cover it all.
-
We will have to normalise in home care or our elderly parents. Which inevitably mostly falls on women. Its going to be tricky.

They could try paying people a proper wage in a proper job with rights and holiday and maternity pay so they can imagine a future with children where they can afford to eat. It continues to amaze me where the US is very the rest of the Western world in the basics.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

I think usually they keep getting paid until they find another job, even if that is to the end of the contract. During that period they wont speak out as it would be a breach of contract. If he agrees a smaller amount in a lump sum then he will no doubt be bound by the same terms. There is no keep the money but get to spout your mouth of outcome for Ruud. -
You can't trust these good looking footballers. Bring back ugly arseholes who win matches.

While I can see why people think this is out of order, he is stuck between his family not wanting to move, his wife no doubt wanting his support with the baby, and his employer moving the goalposts to make a point. Not a great position to be in. That said, I do find that I am a lot more flexible with people in my team at work (40+ people) who are flexible themselves, who work hard and perform. You earn the flexibility by being flexible yourself and delivering. If you are strict 9-5 even when urgent things come up, off sick a lot and unhelpful to your manager & colleagues don't expect them to put themselves out for you.

Careful your bile filled hate is showing!

At least this way you can see you are being done for $1m, if the player or selling club was paying them you would never know if you paid $5M for the player and the same for the agent or not.
-
Isn't it just. Much as I think Albo seems like a nice bloke but is a bit left leaning for me, I would make him PM for ever over Peter Dutton.
-
You don't get to shut down the other side of the debate by calling them transphobic, or their arguments strawmen. That is not how debate works.
-
I can tell you that if I was buying a house for $10M and the seller told me I could either pay $10M or pay $8M to them and $1M to their estate agent directly I would take the $1M saving any day of the week.
-
From a tax perspective is makes more sense for the club to pay the agent directly than for the player to pay out of their after tax income.

It's quite a leap of imagination from "Ange will likely leave Spurs in the summer after a disappointing season" to "Ange will likely leave Spurs in the summer after a disappointing season and would love to drop down a tier and join a club even more mental than Spurs so he can show he has what it takes to manage in the premier league". -
Your tax code is not wrong, it reflects your tax payments due this year, including any arrears from last year. They are doing you a favour - they could have demanded the 210 quid paid in 14 days. Instead you get to pay it over the rest of the year interest free.
-
Are you in America? If so then won’t be popular if you don’t!

Bond prices dropped hard. Same thing that happened to Truss - US borrowing costs on 30 year bonds pushed higher than GREECE. Sadly I think he has probably damaged US economic position in the world permanently - they have been the backstop for a generation or more, and ironically that inward investment and holding of hard currency and bonds had filled their trillion dollar trade deficit. Hard to see how they do that now. Still China hasn't dumped its US bonds yet, although one might note they have shifted an unbelievable amount of money from them into Gold in the past decade so you could argue they are well placed to **** the US to a level never seen before. We can only hope they still see the need for a reasonable strong US market for their goods.
