He would have returned from Oxford expecting to be playing, the club refuses a sale or another loan but Marti won't even have him on the bench but drags him to every game as if to rub his nose in it. I doubt he knows what's is going on and yes, he had a very bad 45 against Huddersfield, as did the team, which I'm sure he would say himself but does that mean he should be in the situation he's in? He'll be away from here when his contract is up if not before.... He won't sign another contract unless he's starting regularly for long period. Another club has to pay compensation up to age 24, even at the end of contract I believe, and I think if he goes outside the English system only the min amount has to be paid (£650k?).

Wages will be the problem with selling Vesty and Faes. Nelson will either be sold or walk in 27... After a successful season at Oxford (bar QPR) to not even be on the bench and refused another loan he isn't really being developed. This situation is doing his international career no good either as he isn't even playing in the club U21s. If he is still inclined to sign another contract he will likely not do that unless he is a regular starter with a future of starting every game.

Agree, Nelson can play left or right so has competition from all 3. Would be nice to get him minutes though, how else is he going to compete. I sadly think he'll be off for compensation at the end of his contract.

Yep, seems like manager and club have different views. I would imagine his agent will be out and about for January and there will be no shortage of suitors but will the club let him out for experience or cash in?? 😔😔

Totally agree... They wouldnt let him go on loan and won't play him... If the don't sell (I heard the was a good offer for him) he won't sign a contract and he'll leave on a free and if he goes abroad the compo will be around 0.5 mil
