They should but they need loans... If anything decent is available this late in the window. Same for Braybrooke. These lads need game time in men's football. Nelson has been around the 1st team since he was 16, he's now 20 with one bad and one OK loan... Cooper won't play him but won't let him go?? Alves and Braybrooke lost a season so get them out and experienced

No youth development at the club.... Nelson, Braybrooke and Alves should be being developed loaned out. Last week of the window... they aren't being used or even on the bench and no action is stifling their development with decent loan opportunities going elsewhere. These players are not experienced enough for the Prem but are too good to be loaned out. They will have no value to this club, monetarily or as a 1st team player unless you develop them. What does this show our academy players. Don't sign a contract at 16 as there is no pathway... Go elsewhere. Steve Cooper NOT a developer of youth. Rudkin a yes man (upwards and to Cooper) who negotiates bad contracts for players wanted by Cooper...
