I concede that Daka likely is the best of our so called strikers in the 9 position. It's a sad state of affairs.

James has been a positive. Let's give Ramsey a chance. Reid maybe had his best game for us? Sorting out that midfield is key to Marti (or any manager) succeeding. If Ramsey/Reid/James become consistent threats in the opposition box, it will no doubt help the wingers and strikers.

The core of the squad? Ndidi, Vardy, KDH, Hermansen had pretty major parts in that team. Not to mention having another PL winner in Albrighton at the club too. Obviously we won't be able to perform near that level when the replacements (bar maybe James) are substantially worse.

Daka's assist was a telling contribution, so I will give him that. What's the point of playing him if we don't try to counter or if they sit so deep that he can never run in behind? Both teams would probably have been better off if the respective strikers switched sides.

We can absolutely do without Skipp, Mavididi, Ayew, Hamza, Kristiansen, Vestergaard and Daka on this sort of performance. Winks was horrible after the hour mark.

Never said he wasn't good enough. Monga is probably the biggest Leicester talent since Heskey. But Mavididi is a decent and proven player at this level, so I can understand sharing the minutes and responsibility.

Sounds to me like you just want to be negative. And you confirm that your mind is made up already, so no point in getting into a discussion. And for the Xth time, Nelson was carrying a knock and was poor against actual lower league opposition. Monga is a great talent, but he's not the saviour. It's obvious Cifuentes rates him and will give him plenty of minutes. It seems ridiculous to single out Cifuentes for this when Monga and Page are the only players under 18 getting ANY minutes in the entire division.

Seems you're pretty convinced that he's $hit by calling him an 'amateur' with a 'ropey CV' and conveniently disregarding our last (and best) game. At least he's managing to change games positively and giving plenty of minutes to Monga and Page, while getting results. It's not like we're honking like Sheff Utd...
