  1. Just got this for anyone who hasn’t and needs info on moving https://www.lcfc.com/pages/en/media-article/seat-relocation-move-out-of-safe-standing-areas-king-power-stadium-lcfc-leicester-city?utm_campaign=Safe Standing Relocations 25%2F26_070425
  2. He’s probably better at that than picking a team
  3. Could be catering contracts etc that if an attendance falls below X they have clauses and will owe caterers compensation. Inflated attendances for these reason are very common and it’s the club protecting their finances. We had the same caterers as LCFC at Doncaster and as the clauses were very harsh we just played with the figures most weeks.
  4. 100% mate. Conor “great bunch of lads” Coady showed what that squad are all about. It was only 1-0 with minutes played and he couldn’t be arsed. With his experience he should be a leader and a role model, he’s everything but.
  5. If it’s ransomware that’s more than our midfield have done for months…
  6. so is the first team... PS- dont buy from them
  7. The 5-4, 4-5 days were better times…
  8. There will no doubt be just one banner, 18 seconds of singing on 14 minutes and then lots of sighing, huffing and puffing throughout, 4-0 to Newcastle, noisy away end, Sky say “they’ve waved the white flag already” after 7 minutes when Mick Quinn scores, Eddie Howe continuously smirks for 90 minutes, Ruud says they are trying but they need to stop making silly mistakes, we all pile on here… ad nauseam… The romance of it all 🦊
  9. After 32 games apparently but date wise a week earlier …
  10. That was the Paulo Sousa Piri Piri Pie when I was challenged by my boss at Jobsite to use social media to create something as I wanted a job in Marketing!!! True story. One of the Cringiest things I’ve done but they did make about 12 for a press day before he then got sacked… They now sell them…🤣
  11. The most deluded / stale / out of touch / out of his depth / smirk slipping and now panicking a lot Communications Director award…..?
  12. Why we hammering Winks? Maybe he just misses Enzo y'know....
  13. When we went down last time we had a premier league squad with decent players. Probably Top Half of the league players. This lot are nowhere near. I’m all for a bit of optimism but this lot don’t have the mentality, ability or desire to bounce back up. It’s a real sad state of affairs.
  14. There is very little point to this football club anymore.
  15. Were you Keith from the office? always the same…
  16. I think collecting data can be useful for a business and for the consumer if it’s used for the right reasons, however as I’ve said above they only message you to pester you into using the selling platforms. Its not fan engagement it’s sales.
  17. A year on…..facing relegation and falling season ticket sales the mask starts to slip. Whole thing should never have been agreed to by the Trust back then. In a season of disasters so much could’ve been prevented with some fan power.
  18. Anthony’s lap dog basically. Employed to sell widgets in Thailand. That’s not her fault, she may have been miss sold the job but aye, it’s all too comfy behind a desk and meetings at Seagrave. You have to be prepared to get your hands dirty.
  19. We had a fan break their leg once which meant he couldn’t travel to games with his dad. We’d just signed a new club travel partner, some private car company. I spoke to the commercial team and to them and said “do you want some PR…” They door to door serviced Callum and his dad that weekend. Thats not altruistic at all but the fans won, the car company won, the commercial team won. It’s so easy if you genuinely care.
  20. Yes mate. 100% correct. However at Brentford I set these up as I was genuinely interested in why people weren’t going. Actual fan engagement you know, not solely to push a sale of an unused ticket as LCFC do. We used them and monitored the feedback and then contacted fans to help them. Often people would miss games for holidays or shift changes but occasionally you’d get a leaking roof, drunk fan next to them or a health issue. We’d then contact the fans about their reason and signpost them to a club partner or club community trust programme that could help with things like mental health, loneliness etc. It’s basic analogue Fan Engagement. Costs £0. We had a team of one doing this at Brentford supported by other departments. Leicester have a team of at least 6 I think but the purpose of those emails isn’t to engage and help, it’s to sell. It diabolical really. As I mentioned many times before you don’t need a framework, you need a culture that cares. On a personal level I replied to one of the emails to see what happened. Genuine reason of me currently being tested for epilepsy so I’ve had to surrender my licence and didn’t know how to get to games. In FE I’d be all over that trying to help, even if to get someone to one more game. I never got a reply and I’d be surprised if anyone else has. Another example of our club and £80k a year Head Of Fan Engagement just ticking a box and having no strategy or care for supporters. Its weird as anything really and disappointing.
  21. Exciting innit. Matchday. Another game in the best league in the world. Scrambling to source a ticket from somewhere and to get away from work early. The excitement, anticipation and nerves. What side will he pick? What formation will he play? How will we compete with the current champions? The unknown. Love it… 🫠
  22. But WE MISSED YOU AT THE LAST GAME… Is there anything you'd like to tell us about why you weren't able to attend?
  23. Depressing innit Twelve points PLEASE MIND THE GAP
  24. All done. Would this not have been a stronger message if delivered to members only but also before the last load of chats? Will Tony not see this as a "told you so" survey and just poo poo it all further? I can't see him backing down on much now, they've spun the line on the last statement of "we listen" with the 10 game thing. "We can't do everything" will be his line of defence here surely? Not a dig, more discussion points...
