  1. Get Faesces out of my club
  2. ‘Who’s having a fantastic Friday Marti Party Foxes fans? #WelcomeMarti Is my roulette for a social media tweet
  3. Salt n Papa -Push it He drinks Estrella, he comes from sunny Spain He’s joined the Leicester, to take us up again Marti Cifuentes, He’ll bring the glory days Hermoso (Spanish for beautiful) football, down on Filbert Way du du du du du du du du du du du 🎶 🇪🇸
  4. Could just change the Enzo Maresca allez to Martí Cifuentes allez
  5. He came from Catalonia To see the Clock Tower
  6. Even when Martí (allegedly) gets officially appointed can we keep this forum open?? I’ll miss my daily check in!
  7. I know he’s a millionaire and all that jazz but the fact he’s forgoing hundreds of thousands of pounds to get back into work and to come here in this day and age is incredibly refreshing! Could’ve easily ‘Pottered’ us and made the saga drag on either longer! Hopefully this can be a fantastic match of someone who can unite the fanbase with exciting, pragmatic football whilst also bringing through these fantastic prospects from our youth academy I’m sure the youth lads wouldn’t have been too disappointed to hear his name been mooted about and with a reported sell to buy requirement it gives us even more reason to play them! Super Martí’s Blue and White Army
  8. I like this link! Completely turned around QPR after Gareth Ainsworth got sacked, he wasn’t afraid to play youth players and made Loftus Road incredibly hard to go to Likes a 4-3-3 with flying wingers and advanced CM’s and would’ve witnessed first hand the likes of Abdul and Stephy in the title win two seasons ago, Genuinely believe if they had a little more money to spend last summer they’d have been right up there, you’d struggle to find a QPR fan who dislikes the job he did with them Before that he was in Sweden in the Conference League and done a decent job in Denmark too , you’d also like to hope he’ll know one or two contacts from those areas to bring with him, Much rather take a punt on a Cifuentes than an O’Neill
  9. Nelson - Starter Alves, Aluko, Monga, - In the 18 for sure, great options off the bench ( Monga potentially a starter if BEK leaves) Evans, Joseph, Page - Too young to loan out- Ones to watch as the season progresses, hope they get opportunities! Marcal, Golding, Braybrooke, Cartwright, Briggs - in an ideal word they need good & competitive L1/L2 loans with managers that trust youth, ( Peterborough, Wigan, Walsall, Exeter etc.)
  10. Youth under Chris Wilder: Wilders captain last season was an academy product, 20 year old Oli Arblaster Sydie Peck at 20 played virtually every game for him He brought though David Brooks at 18 previously to become a regular before he got his PL move Last few seasons he’s brought in young U23 PL loans & good lower league players Cooper in goal last season at 22/23 Burrows at LB at 21 Every team needs a blend of youth/experience but I’d back him to use the youth more than a Dyche potentially would. I think he’d look at them and see the rebuild and overhaul of trusting majority of the youth as an exciting opportunity and one that’s pretty rare these days in football! Started in Sheffield in the lower Saturday leagues like a certain former Number 9, we all love an underdog story from humble begginings. We’re never going to agree on the same fit and there are better fits and most of them are potentially from abroad ( we all know they won’t look there) but it wouldn’t be the worst appointment! I think most of the championship if appointed would look at us under Wilder with the Championship quality we have ( we all know there’s a massive gap between the leagues) and think ‘ they’ll be top 2’ ( point deduction depending)
  11. Golding!!! I’d expect him and Braybrooke both to feature Maybe a week too soon for Abdul?
  12. Ah yes Joseph! Has Hutchinson been training with seniors this week? Not seen him on any footage, looks like the next one on the conveyer belt though, a talent!
  13. Well I’m assuming he means 20 outfield lads rather than 20 including GK’s?
  14. Stolarczyk JJ Aluko Ricky P Thomas Kristiansen Coady Nelson Okoli Winks Soumare Skipp Page Alves Monga Evans Mavididi Wanya Fatawu? Who are the other two ?
  15. Fair enough it’s all about opinion, I can’t see club going for him either tbh I think its Danny Rohl all day long especially with the timing of his alleged talks yesterday with SWFC We’ll wait and see
  16. He isn’t though is he One promotion with Sheff U Then took them to 8th the season after Last season without the points deduction they would’ve been right up there until the end, fell aways towards the end which would be a slightly worry for sure But a manager who’s been through the lower leagues, understands a football club and would get us competitive in games. We could do a lot worse!
  17. Rohl or Wilder for me Rohl’s the flamboyant exciting risk Wilder is the Championship top end proven Would back both to get the best out the squad, get the fans back on side and in particular Wilder, stand up the player power issue we’ve had for too long!
  18. It’s actually mental when you process just how young Monga actually is!!! He was in in Year 2 in Primary school when we won the Premier League & Year 7 when we won the FA Cup! He came up against Axel Tuanzebe when he came on against Ipswich, who’s TWELVE years older than him! Again to put that into school context when Tuanzebe was practicing for his GCSE’S, Monga had just left nursery! And for that last 30 minutes he took him for a walk down that left hand side! Serious talent!
  19. Pre season plans or Polo? 🤔
  20. One way to RM to get the fans onside, bring his own DOF with him
  21. Can’t remember him scoring for us And equally I can’t remember him protecting the back 4 at any point Just in Limbo for his career here, always seemed to be 10 yards too high or deep and when he played so many players got into the pockets behind him! Probably had his best spell just before Qatar World Cup when he played a bit deeper behind Tielemans and KDH - but even then he always looked too lightweight and lethargic! Ironically he’ll probably go back to France in a slower less high tempo league and rip it up but one we should definitely be getting money for and getting out of the door.
  22. Jury’s definitely out and understandably so given his record In PL this season & potential long winded/slow playing style, Southampton really struggled at the start last season and they got better and better as the season went on - the problem being here he won’t have the fanbases patience if he gets off to a sub-par start! One potential positive is it looks like he’ll get a whole Summer and pre-season and hopefully one more local than in previous years!! He threw 18yo Dibling into PL football this season so hopefully he’d be as brave with our youth which is key to the next appointment! Have to back the youth and give them opportunities!! It sounds like he won’t adapt away from his plan A and will just try to make it better, we can just hope that in the time taken out of the game he’s had time to tweak elements of his plan else we’re in for a long watch for 46 games!
  23. #Welcome Martin it is then Absolutely screams of a ‘i’m leaving tomorrow’ starting 11
  24. Rather than directing the song at Ruud being a clown ( which I can’t disagree with from a manager perspective) why don’t we change the lyrics to the board.. Minus points in the championship… And then couldn’t give a f****** s***… Theyre a bunch of clowwwwwwns Top, Whelan, Rudkin Could even change ‘minus points’ to minus *insert number here*
  25. Was luckily enough to be in Wembley- people forget how heavy odds on Chelsea were to win, we were 3/1 to win in 90 minutes- £20 on that just added to the day! Just seemed to be written; Wembley Way was full of Leicester, didn’t hear their fans all game (probably preparing for UCL final) and even when Ch*lwell scored I still had the feeling that something was wrong with the goal! Stood next to and celebrated with my dad and then visited my now late grandad the next day to show him pictures/videos and give him the programme I’d l brought him A day I’ll never forget!
