The silver lining of this evil **** getting into parliament is twofold: 1, the decline he's complaining about is directly a consequence of Brexit and policies he championed and his voters should be regularly reminded of that; and 2, he's so far down the list of MPs to make statements or ask questions that the chamber is practically empty by the time he does it.

Why do that when you can remain absolutely ****ing greedy and get your face in the papers?

Someone needs to tell them they can exchange 5 of those houses at a time into a hotel instead.

Spider-Man 4 (or 10 depending on your point of view) is now slated to come out a week after Nolan's project (Sony have to start production by September 2025 and release it in theatres by 2027 due to their deal with Marvel or the rights will revert back) Jumanji 4 also confirmed to be going into production with December 11th release date, though I suspect that might be moved to 2027.

It was a few pages back but I honestly just can't get on board with the rehabilitation of Sunak's image or character. I did think it was touching in his last PMQs yesterday when he said "I'm proud to have been the first British Asian Prime Minister. But I was even prouder that it was not that big a deal."; as a side note the only complaint I remember at the time was a caller to LBC saying the Prime Minister should be someone born here, "like Boris". But for me nothing can repair the reputation of someone who bragged about undoing Brown's funding formulas designed to distribute money more fairly to deprived areas and give it to more depraved areas like Tunbridge Wells. Or the writing off of billions in COVID fraud because he either couldn't be arsed to retrieve it or because it was given to the Tories mates. Or him spaffing hundreds of millions up the wall on a Rwanda scheme that was never supposed to work. Or allowing his wife to avoid *millions* in taxes. Or favourable contracts given to his father in law's company. Or his Eat Out To Help Out policy that directly lead to 50,000 deaths. His reputation is as stained as Truss, Johnson, Hunt, Hancock or Cameron IMO.

He’s outright lying. That report is into the March budget and confirms the Tories and Treasury lied to them in February when the figure was £9.5bn. It has since risen.

The person who thought Brexit would make us all better off is accusing the woman tasked with clearing up the mess he caused of being economically illiterate.

The Tories and Reform are being absolutely disgraceful on this case. Acting as if they’ve been proved “right” or that there’s been a “cover up” when nothing of the sort has happened. They’re actively risking a fair trial and safe conviction by stirring up misinformation among people who have no understanding of police or court procedures. Reprehensible *****.
