  1. You just have to accept with players like him that the game winning moments of brilliance are often balanced with errors. It's just the price you pay.

    The gym

Stronglifts is a fantastic system and is really effective. Although you’ll absolutely hate squats by the end of it! Good follow up is a heavy duty workout. Only two days a week as you need a lot of time to recover. Chest, triceps, legs on one day Back, bicep, shoulders on the other. Go all out heavy to failure.
  3. I'm exactly the same as you but I think the problem might be that the league is so bad, we might end up in the play-offs through just having a couple of players that are better than anyone else's.
  4. I didn't say he was decent. I said it was a waste of time selling him and bringing in Ayew when Cannon was already here and being paid less (presumably).
  5. Ayew is a very, very average player. I don't think i'll ever understand why we signed him and got rid of Tom Cannon. Both pretty average but we already had Cannon and I assume we were paying him less so should have been used and the resources spent on Ayew diverted elsewhere. He is our Patrick Bamford. Will do something decent once every 6 or 7 games but that's it. Pray that this Carranza fella is a gem so we don't have to watch Ayew hitting the deck constantly.
  6. Sad doesn't really sum up how I feel about this. Hatton and Naz were the most exciting fighters to come out of this country bar none.
  7. And Schlupp at LB over Fuchs. It does take time and he does talk a very good game but even having said that, I can't help being slightly concerned that we haven't actually played particularly well yet. I'm hoping that once he gets Ramsey and JJ into the team we'll see more of a blueprint as to what we can normally expect. Having said that, the league does look to be pretty poor this year so perhaps we don't need to worry as much. We do have a few players who are clearly above this level and those small pieces of quality will win us games. It definitely wont be HMS Piss The League this year but I can't see a situation where we're not in the play offs.
  8. Would love for him to really make that shirt his own. Sadly he isn’t doing so and that’s not to say he’s a bad keeper, he just isn’t really to the standard we want. We want/need another Kasper.
