Goalkeeper development is always different compared to outfield. Nobody can predict what his ceiling is but it’s literally just a month loan. I’m guessing we didn’t want to commit to a full season loan due to the Stolarczyk injury.

Cotterill is a great manager for him to develop under. Cheltenham are probably a good club to send our youngsters to. Callum Wright did really well there a few years ago

His mission (for me anyway) is get us back into the Championship and stabilise us there whilst continuing to utilise the academy. Right now I’m not even bothered about returning to the Prem. I just want to watch a team of players trying their best and actually want to be here. His style of play is what it is. He won’t change so I’m just gonna have to suck it up.

It was so important to get rid of the players that have been complicit in our demise and are essentially addicted to losing. It’s just Thomas & Reid left in the side now and to be fair to Thomas he hasn’t been that bad. Hopefully Faes gets a move, can’t see Okoli going anywhere though
