I wonder if he left it as late as possible in the hope the club might come calling.
Seems odd to leave it this late, clearly if it was his choice to leave he would’ve had options ready to go soon after leaving.
He only has a year left, and has started every game so the manager considers him an asset and if we don’t plan on bringing anyone else in then surely it’s better to keep the strongest 11,
If PSR as reported is not a concern any more.
On one hand Dorset saying we don’t need to sell any more players after Justin to appease PSR on the other hand players being offered to clubs after starting well 🤔
No I’m asking you who publicly stated we do not need to sell?
He is isn’t going to be sold, if it doesn’t benefit the club.
so it’s not quite as simplistic as saying he would’ve been sold already.
That would depend on what’s been offered
We haven’t actually made £50m as such, it’s only the profit between what’s left on the books and the profit once you factor in some of the deals had add ons etc it’s not as much as it seems.
I guess by the close of the window we will now how bad the situation is if there are 0 arrivals
Wages cost money though, unless there are clubs that will
subsidise wages and that seems to defeat the reason why the majority of clubs want the players off the wage bill to go on loan in the first place.
Plus any decent young player at a top club probably on at least a few million a year
Yeah the young kid is being thrown in the deep end and gets an assist. Lets critique every aspect of his game like he is a seasoned pro.
Look how much older Barnes and KDH were when they got loans to league one teams
In what world, would having an unhappy player injured unable to leave be a benefit to a club that doesn’t have a pot to piss in to make transfers.
Sell a valued asset instead like Fatawu?
