  1. I'm not sure that's totally reflective. More than 25% of fulhams points come from us.
  2. I don't know much about him but if he wants to work for Cooper after leaving Forest I question his judgement. I'm surprised he isn't looking to move upwards to a more progressive coach unless he thinks the manager position will be available soon.
  3. The missing piece of the jigsaw? The keystone that will hold up our season? A veritable lynchpin? He can have Coopers job.
  4. Apartments?
  5. It's a very trumpian method!
  6. That goes for a lot of businesses. To earn above the norm you have to either own the business or manage a lot of staff. What is earned in each industry can't be measured by the small handful of managerial/directorial staff at the top. Its a disingenuous way of looking at it, particularly when £49k is described as a low salary, which is much higher than most people earn. To use a what is clearly a business owner in London as an example of what all Agents earn is silly. I also think confusing the fee and the paid commission is not reasonable.
  7. We use one in Narborough, Im just visiting another one in Sileby tomorrow. I work with them occasionally so I do meet a few. They hide their wealth very well assuming you are correct.
  8. So you weren't talking about all estate agents, just that one in Leytonstone?
  9. I'll report back. Our rental property costs us £50 a month in management fees. I wonder what the commission is on that?
  10. Im not sure that the person in SIleby ive just spoken does manage 20 London flats and creams 13% straight into her salary but I could ask her tomorrow? If she does, im ditching my job and being an Estate Agent for £4k per month for doing nothing and I strongly suggest that everyone reading this does the same.
  11. Not if pensions are excluded. The start on £31.65k plus 28% for pension.l which is a package of £40.5k as a fresh graduate. This goes up in the usual fashion.
  12. I'm fairly sure estate agents do not earn anything like £49k.
  13. You also now need to add in all the @Tommy G not paying their £4 to the schools for the existing breakfast clubs. So it will probably cost even more.
  14. They had better hope for a low uptake. If every child cost the government £4 per day, then it will cost them £1.2bn Vs £300m costed. They could just add the difference to the Tory black hole though. Also worth noting that schools in the 12% poorest areas already get free school breakfasts. Just think of all those rich kids now getting fed and it's the opposite of the winter fuel allowance.
  15. It tells you how pressure the defence is under when they are needed to make that many blocks and clearances.
  16. I think its because he is too small and Cooper wants a team of big fast players.
  17. If it's building regs standard then it should be better than your current house! Likewise if it's to that standard it should be around for 50 years so £20k isn't much of an outlay. I would personally include drainage and electrics that it's future proofed as a granny annexe or teenager hideaway.
  18. I'm a big Sips fan. I've been designing Sips buildings for years, they are very airtight. You can buy kits for low cost but it still adds up once the finishes and foundations are included. I assume you sent down the ground screw route? @Paninistickers you could look at these kits. https://www.sips.uk.com/products/garden-building-range
  19. They have the same regs as a normal build so the factored in material costs are just as high. They won't ever be cheaper than traditional, they are quicker once on site though. Unless you go down the park-home route.
  20. I don't think they are really, the whole industry is expensive now and the cost effects on traditional build have had the same effect on the modular side. A glamping pod sounds like it would suit your needs as it would always be part of the house. Im not sure on cost, but I would guess £70-100k.
  21. I design lots of them particularly for the garden room market. They aren't cheap anymore and are probably a similar price to a traditional build. You could look at a park home which are cheaper as they follow the caravan regulations. https://www.podfactory.co.uk/ These aren't building regs compliant but are popular with glamping sites and garden annex folk.
  22. On the positive that will save you accidentally eating whale, but you will be missing amazing lobster and clam soup.
  23. But it reduces their annual wage bill. It was the only reason I could see for signing these long contracts. They then hope the rules change by the time they are paying £600k per week for players that have left the club.
  24. Peter Taylor after MON? The players loved it. Played like duffers but had a great time.
  25. But Enzo won games. When he lost he sounded like he knew how to sort it in the next match. Cooper does neither of things.
