I'm still struggling to understand how you can keep losing and play the same system and not change it, I find it quite baffling to be honest.

Do you think Ruud gets it right tactically most games because I don't it's same every week. He's never once tried a back 3 and his substitutions are mostly crap every week as well. You say accept relegation with dignity but the way we are going it won't be very dignified if we go down without winning another game. I just don't think he's up to it unfortunately either motivationally or tactically and that's why I would pull the trigger now.

I know the players are shit but I genuinely think a more experienced manager would get more out of this squad than Rvn currently is or has. The guy does not change a thing all game apart the players and the tactics remain the same the whole game win lose or draw.

Crap squad but the fact we are worse now than under Cooper tells me he needs sacking. Rvn is absolutely clueless tactically with the same old tactic every game with the same result. Playing a high line every week with slow players just isn't going to work get him gone.

He could at least try and make us a bit more solid. Go to a back 3 etc he just keeps doing the same old tactics which plainly don't work.

Ayew and Reid were absolutely crap signings and that was down to Cooper with his crap idea of premier league experience. I can't blame Ruud for that but f**k me you can't play them in the same line up 🤢

I actually thought he might be decent but he's worse than Cooper and he was absolutely shite but kept nicking points. I think he'll walk personally he's got none of his own backroom staff and hasn't been backed with any players either. I'm not sure what to make of it all really.

I still think he needed to bring in his own backroom staff as soon as he started here. New ideas would have helped the fact he's still taking advice from Coopers men doesn't seem right they were part of the dross that was served up at the start of the season
