We signed him for £23m and he's scored 14 goals in 30 games in the PL. He definitely has limitations in his game but as long as he scores goals, that trumps all other aspects. £40m would be about right IMO but we know how desperate Newcastle are right now. The player isn't trying to force a move so I can see what happened with Cunha happening again. He'll sign a new contract with a large release fee in it and he'll probably go next summer. Assuming he keeps scoring goals this season.
