I haven't seen much of Coady for us to have that opinion, but I do rate Souttar highly. Very different defenders though, Souttar is more of that wide centre back, where Faes has excelled and Coady is more of that middle vocal leader - unfortunately for him Vestergod is playing out of his skin

I understand the financial argument, but that 5m could be very costly if we don't get promoted after selling one of our best players. In my opinion we keep the squad and momentum/confidence that has got us 8 points clear. Add some quality if it's available, but do not weaken the core team. As for levels dropping, I can't see that when a title is within touching distance, even with the players out of contract in the summer. Football is all about opinions though 😊

Is this the same Wilf who has been one of our best players this season and was massively missed throughout his injury before the international break? Easy to say just sign two 10m players on lower wages - but what happens if they don't gel and take a while to fit into the team? What does that then do to our promotion chances? Surely we won't weaken our squad at this stage and let key players walk way for free in the summer in the worst case scenario.

Let's not forget that Thomas played in a team that won our first FA Cup. He has been poorly mismanaged at the club and regressed as a footballer as a result. Unfortunately, I can't see his future at the club - shame for a local lad with such high potential when he first made his debut

We desperately need a refresh of chants. Two of our main songs are sung to the same tune and some are mind numbing! The new decent Winks and Ricardo chants have never been attempted at home
