  1. This is the truth. Half of the names go there with the best intentions, I do believe this. The other half just go for the access, kudos and spread put on.
  2. Yeah id say the same. It’s not my thing but giving a leg up to a local business which I think looks to be linked to an ex youth player of ours although could be wrong, looks good.
  3. Local aint it? Thats more like it if so.
  4. Parky has done very well to get himself on that.
  5. Also not to do with the rights or wrongs of those with issues regarding the tifos the thing that got to me is taking it to this event. There is a lot of Leicester fans I think are aware of UFS and how specifically at times they can be disagreements between them and the club. The club need no extra ammo to clamp down on UFS, especially around tifos. We know this for sure as already this comment has seen the club knock back a proposed tifo and further create questions on materials used (wanting transparent materials ffs). Taking this issue to an occasion like the FCC on the clubs turf which is their meeting by rights just seems the wrong way to go about. Would it not have been better going to UFS directly and keeping the club out of it, supporter to supporter. Its clear where they are in the ground, they openly put of their contact details online and frankly the matchday stall would have been a great place for both parties to mediate. But no the stall was culled by the club in wing clamping excerise.
  6. I do have some sympathy with those on first three or so rows however they are given the heads up every match day that their view will be blocked and for how long etc. They could if so wish stand in the aisle further up for the 1 minute or so to see the players lining up. Or perhaps more positively offer their help and assistance where by they could be still in a position to see and be creating something positive for the players and thousands of others. We are also talking at max three games a season too.
  7. A few reasons - Because those that make them are there. You are more likely get get adults to hold up paper than kids (although not in every case). Its the traditional end. Its the fullest end. We have detailed plans of that end. Ambulance entrance not rammed with police meaning message banners can’t be stored there. Logistics of getting 40 bodies back from the family stand into the kop.
  8. And one very sad thing is that after every tifo there is question asked internally like ‘everyone ok, no abuse or pushes this time?’ Id say on every full stand at least two of the helpers get a volley full. Never once has the club pulled those who give abuse to task. This coupled with the ever increasing harder parameters the club give to still enable tifos to be done in that ground.
  9. Yesterday yeah, was 13 degrees.
  10. Ball has ended up at Somerset
  11. Killer, got an infected wisdom teeth that antibiotics are not touching.
  12. This 100%. Smaller example of this is the now nearly month long delay in the club putting out the latest FCC meeting notes. UFS chased but it's been ignored.
  13. Direct action from the fans, you love to see it.
  14. Really to those who kindly backed us over the summer with donations, this weekend both days will see guys beginning work on the next full stand tifo.
  15. Shifting the bar around, I don’t get it.
  16. The Salmon having the most unnecessary refurb of all time then. Like a mate said just gone and nabbed themselves spoons carpet and wallpaper. It was loved because it wasn’t a carbon copy and it looked and felt proper.
  17. A good few in the ale wagon tonight.
  18. Yeah it is very good.
  19. Unsurprised to see folk falling over to defend it.
  20. A chap called Paul Cook at the club.
  21. There was talk of them threatening to sue if they didn't rip up the contract.
  22. No, thats what everyone gets there now.
