Going under the radar a bit but Winks's level has dropped quite a bit over the last month or so.

We're doing the absolute bare minimum here against poor opposition. This game needs killing off 2nd half. Coming out like we did at Ipswich won't be acceptable here.

Architects of our own downfall there, both in terms of Enzo's decisions and game management in the 2nd half, particularly in the last 15 minutes. The subs are copping the flack individually, but I was very disappointed in Winks and Ricardo second half. We needed them on the ball and trying to calm the tempo and instead they went missing and all of our football was played between the back 4 before we were forced into an error or went long.

It's been pretty comfortable really, but we can't let Ipswich get up a head of steam second half. Need to be more precise when we turn the ball over, we've wasted a few good counter attacking opportunities. As well as making counters pay, we could do with Winks turning up second half and getting on the ball a bit as Ipswich will turn the heat up. He has had a poor 45.

That's just a symptom of how they play. Both fullbacks spend most of the game bombing over the half way line. They back themselves to outgun teams and trade away a little bit of stability in the process. Imo they're a seriously good outfit and will last the course.

Decent result for us. Ipswich aren't going anywhere though. On another day they win that comfortably, and they will always create decent chances with how they play.

They move it quickly and with quality when they do win it back. Little things but the passes always go to the player in stride / to their correct foot so as not to break the momentum

Reckon we'd benefit from looking for slightly quicker counters against Ipswich and looking to exploit the space behind their left back who spends most of the game in the opposition half. Fatawu could have a field day.
