  1. Yep. Realised as well us winning gives them a chance to stay up. Bring back Frank Sinclair, quickly
  2. Need to win, I don't want to be responsible for keeping Birmingham up again
  3. TBF some of our fans still call JJ Justin James. Ngl I'd not mind us being one of those vultures just to generate enough salt to dehydrate a medium sized country.
  4. All I can definitely say is that Leeds will throw a strop and go out in the semi finals
  5. A draw is a result. Looking how we've played first half, we've also been drinking so much already
  6. It's obvious isn't it? Nacho, Albrighton, Praet, Yunus and Doyle are all out out of contract with us this summer. Chuck in Stolarcyk as the sub keeper and that's only three slots left open, and Daka is likely to be sold as well.
  7. There's no swing needed? If Ipswich get a result they're up, if they don't and Leeds win, Leeds are up. Goal difference doesn't come into it
  8. Injured himself celebrating at Preston
  9. Wilf, Iheanacho and Daka were the only ones regular in their international squads at the start of the season, Mads hadn't broken through, Ricardo hasn't played for Portugal in years, likewise Coady, JJ & Winks for England and Praet for Belgium, Vestergaard had been dropped by Denmark, Doyle, Mavididi, Choudhury, Casadei, Nelson, Stolarcyk and cannon only have youth team caps, KDH has never been in an international squad at any level. Fatawu, Faes and Yunus had just a handful of caps and starting to break through and Vardy is retired (think that covers everyone who's played for us this season). To claim it's a squad full of internationals is somewhat misleading
  10. Coalition with who? Like yes, there is off the back of this a scenario in which labour don't get a majority, that's being forecast by the polling wonks: https://news.sky.com/story/sky-news-projection-labour-on-course-to-be-largest-party-but-short-of-overall-majority-13128242 But baring the SNP appointing that mentalist Forbes and becoming Tartan Tories, who's going to work with them for a coalition? If labour don't get a majority, given they also won't offer what the SNP would be after (another indy ref), it'll be a hung parliament. All that said, in before the truly cursed labour-tory coalition.
  11. Probably that the club ****ed around in January and lead him to believe signing Sensi was possible. And let's be fair, our income from transfers last summer was not far off £100m (40m each for Barnes and Maddison, £15m Castagne, 1m Hirst), him getting back ~37m (7.5m Coady, 10m Winks, 6.5m Mavididi, 7m Cannon, 6m Mads) + whatever Doyle, Fatawu, Casadei and Yunus' loan fees were is not that outlandish a budget.
  12. I mean Jamie is a unisex name if she shoots Vardy down again
  13. Ngl I reckon that Kasabian should invite Ed Sheeran to join them for a single song, make it Love Will Tear Us Apart by Joy Division
  14. If we accept he's not getting sacked so long as KP are in charge, this is actually a good move. Get him away from the job that he's not been doing and have a guy dedicated to being DoF for just us rather than rudkin having fingers in leuven, the horses and king power as well
  15. The joke is that Australians who want to abuse British people for being white British would call them pomes/poms (Prisoners of mother England) instead
  16. Tbf I have but only because working in Leeds it's my local one and I need to work out where I need an afternoon off to go out pre match. But I don't think that qualifies them as being a big game
  17. Love the bloke to bits, a real honest professional that you don't see too many of these days. Hope he gets the send off he deserves
  18. You answered your own question there. Given the relatively low cost of womens football (the record transfer fee in the WSL is 426k, and globally it's £685k, or one month of Jamie Vardy), money coming in from wealthy men's parent clubs completely distorts the competition.
  19. Nah, Leeds win comfortably, Ipswich are 1 down going into stoppage time, which is 15 minutes due to another referee injury. Leeds fans invade the pitch, they think they're up but wait, Jeremy Sarmiento has taken a shot in the 90+14 minute, it's hit a stray squirrel that got onto the pitch and looped over the Huddersfield keeper to send Ipswich up.
  20. why does his moustache not meet up in the middle? Got the ****ing anti-hitler tash going on.
  21. The state of that goal. Like watching sunday league, drunk dudes just lashing at a ball and falling over.
  22. This is peak championship, two shit teams fighting over a comb.
  23. ... Ipswich really are doggo. Hope they get a late late winner on Saturday to break leeds hearts still but nothing to fear if these come up with us.
  24. Genuinely don't think I've ever watched Simms and gone "he's got potential". Everton proper conned Cov last summer.
  25. This place is tractortalk tonight. Cannot stand John Deeres, so expensive for what they are.
