Well he could have killed somebody with his car and they obviously thought it was likely that he was armed. The car he was driving was linked to a gang related shooting in a crowded nightclub, he knew they were armed police, he could have put his hands up and gave himself up. I not sure what people think the police should do in these circumstances just let him go?
