  1. I’m currently in Nuuk, Greenland 👍🏻
  2. I had Darren Kenton printed on my 06-07 home shirt. Beat that!
  3. This is the start of us returning to the 05-08 era. A bunch of free transfers and loans incoming! What’s Momo Sylla and Rab Douglas doing nowadays 🤔
  4. What lovely news to wake up to. But according to Guy Branston, Rudkin is the best in the biz.
  5. Another name if Ndidi and Soumare leave
  6. Don’t you trust ginger people? 😂
  7. Regis Le Bris got relegated in France with Lorient, now taken Sunderland to the play-off final 🤷‍♂️ Still had Reims in the mix for European football twice. This season at Lens, he’s accumulated more points than Franck Haise did for them last season, but they are nowhere near the team they were two seasons ago. Still has done solid enough jobs in France, no surprise he’s been linked with numerous Championship jobs, the only negative thing I’d say about him is that he loves a dip in form, which I could easily see happening if Southampton do appoint him.
  8. He said he wants to manage in England. Lyon were a mess when he stepped in last season, improved them dramatically and they ended finishing 6th.
  9. Will probably get a decent job in a top five league. But his style of play at Nice was nothing to write home about, dull as dishwater.
  10. Some even said Futacs
  11. Depends who it is, a fresh up-and-coming manager would offer more positivity and excitement going into a new season over Ruud, Martin or Dyche. I think we’ll be in the mix no doubt, but I wouldn’t get too carried away, if Ruud got into a rut where we’re struggling to push for automatic promotion, then what? We have a solid enough core, but a lot will depend on the striker situation. If Ruud stays and is willing to commit to using the younger players, then he may get some more fans on his side. If he stays and Ayew and BDCR end up featuring regularly, then fans are not going to be happy at the start of next season, unless they can put the ball into the net.
  12. Another one on the Nordsjaelland production line that has been getting rave reviews lately.
  13. Scenes when our new manager Sean Dyche gives it to Oli McBurnie next season.
  14. But those results aside, what have you seen from him tactically that makes you think, he is most definitely the guy to take us forward. Is there a connection between him and the fanbase? All I see is a fractured one. You want to go into a new season with excitement and a fresh feeling, especially after the calamity we’ve endured this season. But you go into next season with Ruud, will the excitement and buzz be there? You’ll just have a mixture of emotions running through the fanbase. Some will be willing to give him a chance, some will be feeling meh, some will be absolutely dreading it. If he goes and we get Martin or Dyche, you’ll also get a mixture of the above Regardless though, Ruud just hasn’t done enough for me to warrant a shot in the Championship imo.
  15. The night of January 18th 2013, Jamie Vardy gave a last minute penalty away against Middlesbrough, that night I probably along with many thought, this guy ain’t gonna make it. 12 years later, he goes out as the greatest Leicester striker and player in our history. From the trophies, to the goals, to the iconic shithouse celebrations. What a ride Jamie Vardy has given us. Irreplaceable. Thank you Vards 🐐💙
  16. Why? We lost 7 league games in a row under him, then another 8 league games in a row under him. Didn’t score at home in which felt like an eternity. Shit squad selections, how he didn’t realise we needed more pace in the team during those losing runs was baffling. If he stays, a section of fans would no doubt give him a chance, but a good chunk of the fanbase would also feel incredibly dejected going into the new season.
  17. Beating Southampton and Ipswich at home shouldn’t warrant him staying. The losing run, not scoring at home which felt like a year, he’s produced too much shit to warrant a chance in the Championship.
  18. Calm down Phil, you’ll make Kat and Sharon jealous.
  19. Get that statue built
  20. Now 200 has been wrapped up, get him off for Okazaki
  21. Joyous day today knowing this will probably be Wout Faes’s last home game.
  22. Unsurprising, he was starting to get linked with Southampton way before yesterday’s news broke. With the circumstances we’ve been through this season, it would be typical Leicester if he ended up at Southampton, Rohl ends up in Germany and we end up sticking with Ruud or turning to Dyche or Martin.
  23. Still has shown flexibility in terms of formations both at Reims and Lens. He played three at the back on a number of occasions for Reims, but his main formations were 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 which would suit us perfectly. At Lens he’s mainly played 3-4-2-1 or similar, there’s a good reason why he’s stuck mainly with that system because their previous manager Franck Haise played it. If he adopted this kind of approach from his time at Reims, I think it would suit us after some transfer market tweaks. He likes to encourage building from the back, but after watching Reims it didn’t feel like a total necessity. He likes to have at least one centre back with long passing range, at Reims it was either Agbadou or Okumu using that trait, mainly to exploit the pace of Ito, Nakamura, Daramy to get behind defences, of course this tactic would suit Fatawu and Mavididi perfectly. In midfield he had Matusiwa as the energetic holder, a very competent player at winning possession. Munetsi now at Wolves was used as a 8/10 box crasher. Teuma was the technical piece of the midfield. Up front in his first season he had Balogun, second season he had Diakite. Balogun was excellent at playing off the shoulder and getting in behind defences. Diakite was more on the physical side. With a few changes to the midfield and the inevitable new striker, if Still produces this setup at Leicester, I think it would be suitable. He’ll probably end up at Southampton though, so if any kind soul wants to post this on their forum, I’d be grateful
  24. We have just been handed an open goal. Get him in, hopefully he brings his Reims philosophy with him, revamp the midfield and striker positions, and go from there 🤞🏻
