  1. Or maybe Wout Weghorst šŸ¤”
  2. Hopefully we retire the number 9 shirt, so our new manager Sean Dyche can’t give it to Oli McBurnie next season.
  3. Is it acceptable to cry? Had a feeling this was coming at the end of the season. A Leicester City legend and the best player I’ve had the privilege of watching at Leicester. Thank you 🐐
  4. Have advocated for him a few times in recent weeks. After delving into his work and opinions on him, he’s definitely in my top five potential replacements if RVN goes. As that article points out, where other Championship managers perhaps haven’t done, he has shown the balls to be tactically flexible and change style, he has shown he can successfully manage by being possession based, now he’s successfully led them to Championship survival by being more fast and direct. We need those type of components in a manager, especially longer term, Mousinho has shown he ticks the boxes.
  5. Very much looking forward to Oli McBurnie replacing Jamie Vardy when Dyche gets appointed.
  6. And that’s just two season’s worth. Throughout his tenures at Burnley and Everton, Dyche has relied heavily on experience in one way or other in all his season’s in management. He might be a no nonsense hard nut, but there’s too many red flags. With our cluster of young talent, I really don’t understand why some are advocating for Dyche, his history of developing young squads is non-existent.
  7. Do people genuinely want this type of shit to potentially happen at Leicester City
  8. Purely on the basis of proven history regarding youth development, yes. Mowbray has a fantastic history of working with younger squads, Dyche on the other hand is completely the opposite. But in an ideal world, I’d much prefer someone younger who also has a decent history of youth development.
  9. All this clamour for Dyche. If you want a more experienced manager, who can actually play decent football and who actually trusts younger players. Mowbray > Dyche But before anyone jumps at me, I’d rather we get a manager in their 30’s-40’s.
  10. ā€œNevermind, I’m off to play Polo tomorrow against my mates from L’Orealā€
  11. Dutch fraud out New Arne Slot in Yes please
  12. Seen numerous matches of his where I just feel he needs to be more ruthless. Probably the only thing holding him back from winning an event.
  13. Maybe it’s me just being negative as I have a habit of doing But don’t you feel more rot has set in this time around than two season’s ago? There seems to be an even bigger disconnect, from board to fans and manager to fans. Of course appointing Maresca was a crucial decision, but what we do over this summer just feels like ten times more crucial than last time. Both Leicester and Southampton look in the need for some desperate revitalisation. Can I see us dropping like a stone like Luton, of course not. But if RVN goes and we get in a manager who will split opinion from the get go, we could easily become another Norwich/Watford.
  14. Decent effort from Joe but that frame at 7-7 killed him.
  15. Just delivered them their first major trophy since 1933, gerrimin!
  16. šŸ‘€
  17. Mentioned him a few weeks back, but after just watching Pompey vs Watford, there’s something seriously likeable about John Mousinho. Promotion in his first full season in charge, keeps them up in his second season with one of the lowest budgets in the Championship, while also being ravaged by injuries. He seems to have instilled a great team spirit at Pompey, their off the ball work is excellent, hard working, tenacious. He has also shown he can be flexible when it comes to style of play and tactics. Leicester City badly need those kind of fundamentals. Mousinho has to be under consideration imo.
  18. This relegation feels far different to the last one imo. Last time it felt like whoever we got, we’d be in the mix to win the Championship regardless. This time around, we’ve gone down with a whimper, more rot feels like it’s set in, while our managerial appointments and signings this season have just been so bad. The next managerial appointment feels far more important than when we appointed Maresca, we need a guy to completely revitalise this football club. The likes of Martin and Dyche would deject a good chunk of the fanbase from the get go, we can’t afford to make a move like that. We need a Nigel Pearson 2.0, but it’s quite difficult to pinpoint who the right guy would be.
  19. What a dramatic first two nights of Snooker, that last frame of Wakelin vs Robertson was chaos. The format/schedule got released a week before the draw was made šŸ‘šŸ»
  20. Hawkins vs Vafaei into a decider Wakelin 9-8 up on Robertson This has been a sensational night of Snooker.
  21. Normally I’d feel angry after a relegation, but on this occasion I couldn’t give a shit. The board, manager and players have destroyed my love for this football club, they make me feel nothing.
  22. Right, let’s get Ruud gone and get the Russell Martin era going.
