I am more hopeful after last night to be honest. This isn't really a two horse race - I don't think Blackburn, Portsmouth and Charlton are entirely out of it yet either. It's the first time we've really put in a 90 minute performance and that simply has to be on the manager, because nobody has managed that all season. You do just know we're going to make it as hard for ourselves as we can though.
-
And a gimme three points tomorrow as well. Just can't see them being back in this.
-
I can genuinely see something like this - only Rowett would've likely been snapped up by then.
-
I think it's how terrible we really have been. On performances so far we're lucky to not be about 10 points off safety and nobody will convince me otherwise. The bar was extremely low. I didn't really feel positive after the Stoke game. I do more so after that.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!
Dan replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I think you see numerous examples of players having a noticeable weakness so just assume that they make up for it in other areas. Because he doesn't actually contribute anything there's this assumption that he must be doing the unnoticed dirty work. I think Okoli benefits from a similar situation where people see the terrible passing and assume he makes up for it by being a solid defender, when he isn't. -
There really is no excuse whatsoever to go down, or even be in a relegation battle if you've got him, Fatawu and James in your team.
-
I don't think he did a great deal wrong tonight.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!

Daka is bad and he isn't the long-term answer but **** me, I want him playing virtually every minute until full time at Ewood Park. -
It's very annoying. Reminds me of how you're not allowed to say "too good to go down" when many teams simply are too good to go down. I do believe it to be true. Even the goal we did concede was an error rather than anything structural. Rowett's nothing fancy but I heard something on NTT20 in the summer about how he's only let in 2+ in about a third of his games as a manager and I can see why after tonight. I think they've stumbled on the right bloke here.
-
There is only so much you can do with the number of bozos in this squad but he does seem to have got us doing the basics a lot better. Raised the floor of the team. I'd sooner we had him than West Brom put it that way.
-
This was very much my feeling after Stoke but can't agree tonight. I'm so loathed to use this sentence with the history of it but I think if we play like that we'll be OK.
-
Best performance all season for me. You're never getting the finished article out of this lot but we've gone away to a top 2 side and been well worth a point - possibly even more.
-
What the actual **** are they doing with these cameras?
-
WBA conceded. You'd absolutely take these results.
-
Great start from Ayew.
-
Oh for **** sake. I knew it was going too well.
-
Yellow for that is a joke as well.
-
You just cannot coach this lot.

There's ****ing no chance Curacao win the world cup
-
Blackburn now losing...
-
Don't take this as me thinking we won't do something stupid but this is a relatively organised performance so far.
-
Blackburn already ahead.
-
Another rapid start

I thought there'd be a bit more of a switch up. Think there's a decent chance we're absolutely battered here.
-
I wondered if he'd switch up the formation a bit here. Feels like we're contractually obliged to play 4-2-3-1.
