  1. U17s losing 2-0 and down to 10 men, barring a miracle Page and Evans will be back for the weekend (not that Marti will pick them). Total waste of time for Evans this tournament with about 10minutes to his name. Side notes, 1) the manager of this group is absolutely awful with the talent he has at his disposal and 2) The "purple card" VAR referral is an absolute stupid process that can't be rolled out to wider football, its used when there is an not even vaguely debatable decision, that never seems to be overturned and used by managers to waste time. Useless.
  2. Page drops to the bench for the U17s with Evans. Live on ITV4 now, Commentator just pronounced Page as “Parge” though so maybe give it a miss.
  3. In an awful side that don’t play a style of play suited to his strengths. He’ll go to a European possession based side and smash it and get a huge move one day. Had a rough start, but still think he’s better than Areola.
  4. Not seen anything of Jaden who is a bit older but Reigan looks the bollocks.
  5. Cheers for pointing this out, will fix in the editor. Gonna start a Leicester/Leuven multi club save this week and this kind of thing would have ruined it for me
  6. Farcical on all fronts. I can’t believe Joshua has actually agreed to it. There’s quite obviously going to be agreements in place that he can’t knock Paul out or go too hard. He’s just going to get called a bum when he lets Paul go past 4 rounds. I know money talks but is it really worth it?
  7. Fosse is miles better these days. Isn't much you can get in terms of shopping (mainly clothing) in town that you can't get at Fosse. John Lewis maybe. Town is a better option if you want to eat out, but that's about it.
  8. Bold of you to assume there would have been even if she did give them plenty of notice
  9. Next few tournaments are being played at aspire academy in Qatar. Across 8 pitches, ridiculous facility. Final is being played at the World Cup final stadium.
  10. Seen enough, I want Heskey on loan in January.
  11. Technical director signs the players and does the deals, head of recruitment controls the scouts and prioritises their recommendations. Interested to know who controls current contracts between Director of Football and Technical director though, Rudkins Achilles heel of course.
  12. Left them on gardening leave at the end of September. Might be onto something there.
  13. Majority of these names mentioned aren’t going to touch us with a barge pole with a role limited to managing our recruitment and having to report to top/rudkin. Again, reality check.
  14. In all seriousness, was probably sat micro-managing every question that was asked, and briefed top on how to reply. Actually quite surprised Dan Bates worded questions like "The fans will feel...." and "The fans will be disappointed with" to be honest.
  15. Rudkin is keeping his DOF role encompassing all departments i.e Academy, Sports Science etc, a technical director will be coming in to look after recruitment.
  16. I mean I'm king power out, but he literally doesn't say this see my previous post about things being taken out of context.
  17. Its quite clear, The next step in the timeline is quite clearly going to be those that will give a chance for "actions to be louder than words" vs those that are done with Top and King Power completely.
  18. Take a look at the YouTube comments section (Not sure if they're being managed, probably)... Swaying them already.
  19. Also whoever that King Power employee is that is walking around making the floor squeak will be down the job centre in the morning
  20. That Prada tie is very Brendan Rodgers if I do say so myself Dan Bates also scrubs up well, Keep at it Dan you'll be on super Sunday before you know it
  21. His English is nowhere near good enough to be able to expand on his thoughts even if he wanted to, not really sure on the solution. Like I said probably should have been in Thai (And agreed, not in the King Power offices in however many miles away in Thailand). Seems the overall point is more communication though, believe it when we see it.
  22. 3 mins in, they should have done this in Thai. There will be so much lost in translation and took out of context that ultimately won't help. Damned if they do, damned if they don't.
  23. This is another candidate towards my thinking of someone that's worked in the departments before when it was working well and has since moved on. MacKenzie, Wrigglesworth both disciples of Steve Walsh's department. Macia maybe further on from that.
