Not a night to be critical but it shows how good Mads is at passing out. -

Epic. Must've been great for those that were there (jealous me? Damn right I am). Safe travel back lads and lassies, you did us proud. -

He's worried. We've had an extra day rest. -
Just watching the match on ITV4. It's what the FA Cup is all about giving the little clubs a chance to progress on their big day. It's good for Maidstone as well.

Isn't the modern era when the league structure changed with the creation of the Premier League? More relevant are the famous 5 that have won all 3 major English domestic trophies this century. -

That is funny and, to be serious, does have truth. In my experience it's not the preserve of LUFC but more a Yorkshire mentality. They want to bang on and on to anyone that will listen about how great the county is. It's got some loverly countryside and towns in the north but please, give us a bloody break. It's not 'God's own' anymore than any other county in England. And, whilst we're at it, get a proper flag. The White Rose doesn't belong to Yorkshire - it's a modern attempt to disguise history to create an identity. -
I was in SK3 (I really was!) standing towards the front beyond the Double-Decker overhang so getting soaked. The lad standing on one side of me was wearing a full face motorcycle helmet presumably to keep the rain off his head. No idea who is was but by the end we had arms around each other jumping around like loonies. Oh yeah, and we gave Chic Bates dogs abuse. Think we scared the shite out of the Shrews fans on their big day out.

It wasn't the Champions League. -

You can't do much about deflected goals though at any stage of the game. Leeds just got very lucky and they accept that from what I've read. -
Yeah, but Leeds didn't cause an earthquake, did they.

It will be a massive boost for us if Vardy comes back soon. Just the character we need for the run-in. Unfortunately, if it's a groin injury it could be season over at his age.
-
We're not in the south so not sure what our excuse is.
-
A nice bit of tension for the QPR match. Perhaps our crowd will recognise that and make some noise until the end. Perhaps not.
-
Is a Riyad Mahrez in it?
-
If reports are true then it seems that he's achieved the minimum number of appearances to activate the contract clause. However, he must be desparate for promotion as I can't see the club forking out £15m if we don't go up.

Not sure that's true but ref's have certainly been homer's in the Ipswich and Leeds matches. Never seems to happen at our place. Perhaps we are just too nice. -

Being a nice passing team often seems to equate to having a weak mentality. Seems to be the case with us. The Rodgers team were brilliant for 2 seasons but always had that soft under belly. Too passive, not enough aggression blah blah. Enzo doesn't trot out these excuses, thankfully, but the 2 best City passing sides I've seen have both had this trait. -

Thought that I'd lost the passion for modern football and, sadly, the City. Had a troubled night's sleep and now feel hungover. So after 50 odd years of following our club it still gets into my soul. Reassuring there's still life in the old dog. Hoping that I'm more up for the run in now that a fire has been lit under me. Still haven't come to terms with how we turned a 0-4 into a 3-1 -
Nothing 'marginal' about the handball. The law was correctly applied and confirmed by VAR.
-
Great. Looking forward to the penalties we didn't get, the deflected goals and having perfectly good goals ruled out for the opposition.
-
Stating the bleedin obvious but we MUST NOT CONCEDE in the first 10 mins. Calm it down lads, focus.
-
I'm following this on Foxes Hub and it's not doing my dodgy heart much good. Might need a break.
-
They hated us before that. Always been the way.
-
Surprised they haven't found a Liverpool angle on this.

I think that Bamford is unavailable for Friday. Not sure who benefits most from that.
