I think he'll end up getting those minutes, for development or not, in the PL. He's good enough for a mid-table side that attacks well and does it frequently. I can see him slotting in at a club like Brighton, Brentford, Palace etc. Sides that flourished last season with good wingers and reliable attackers, and where those forwards see a lot of the ball and create a lot of opportunities.
