  1. He shouldn't have got the seat in the first place and has kept when other would have lost it, but to say he's worse that Latifi is ridiculous.
  2. I saw a short clip where he talked about having to change everything in a short space of time and not getting the chance. They were 6th, nothing needed changing. They are doing OK now, he's the only one that struggled with this group of players.
  3. A really lovely tribute from Si King on Twitter.
  4. BBC News - Dave Myers: The Hairy Bikers star, who had cancer, dies at 66 https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-68433675
  5. Yeah but it is pretty convenient and clearly a whitewash Jokes aside, it's not altered my opinion of Horner, I still think he's a smug, arrogant bellend with little to no respect for anyone. I imagine he's a nightmare to work for, with and against and whilst he's been found innocent, the allegations didn't shock me and if there were more I wouldn't be shocked either.
  6. To be fair he has suffered from some well documented mental health issues. Barely played a game since early 2021.
  7. Brexit means we can train our own they all said 🙄
  8. Oh yeah I totally agree, as I said he's a bellend. Just don't think missing an interview isn't the biggest crime. He knows Selby is the one that has his number when he's on top of his game and he hates that. That's why he never mentions him amongst the dangerous players when talking about those that might challenge him. He know full well when all players are top of their game Selby is his biggest danger. Dodging an interview just shows he's rattled and possibly for once shows some self awareness as he didn't want to say anything he regretted.

  10. Really, is that all? I'm one of his biggest critics and think he's a total bellend but I thought in this era of enlightenment on mental health we were more understanding of sports stars who don't want a camera and microphone shoved in their face immediately after a match.
  11. What did he do?
  12. BBC News - Strictly Come Dancing professional Robin Windsor dies aged 44 https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-68346057
  13. Sorry some misunderstanding here. I didn't say they said spiralling depression on air, just that he was heart broken and lost his sense of purpose, which to me sounded like they were talking about someone who had slipped into a depression. As others have said, that doesn't have to mean it was suicide, but could mean he stopped taking car of himself, drink too much, didn't eat properly etc.
  14. I've heard it from numerous people who have paid tribute to him over the past couple of days. Bob Harris, Jeremy Vine off the top of my head.
  15. I did wonder this as people kept saying he'd lost his sense of purpose when he lost his radio 2 afternoon show, like he'd spiralled into a deep depression
