I live 20 minutes drive down the 401 from Pearson. Planes fly over our house as it lines up with the runway approach and it's so odd to not hear/see them. I see blue skies outside, some clouds. We had a crazy snow storm this past weekend. The wind today has been intense, snow blowing all over the place. My kitchen exhaust fan won't stfu. Glad everyone survived!

The snow mounds on my street are taller than the SUV's and cars. I have a one stage electric toro snow blower which helps big time. That said you still have to shovel when the snow banks are so tall. I'm knackered. Snow storm Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Thank fook today is a holiday. Just been resting.

**** the states! (Sorry to those who are yanks but despise him as well). I am so done with America. I would slap the shit out of that tw@t if he stepped foot in my country and his security detail weren't around. I may not like trudeau much but insulting him over and over again by calling him governor and not reading the room when he says Canada should be the 51st state. The overwhelming majority of Canadians would never, ever want to become yanks. There are always some knobs out there who will but I will die for my country before becoming one of them. Today as I shopped for groceries, I made sure everything I bought was as much Canadian (or Non-US) as possible. I have been doing this for awhile but more militant about it now. Most of my family, friends, colleagues are also doing the same. Trump has lit a fire in us over here. We might not have the biggest, baddest weapons and military but we will hockey stick your orange face in if given the chance. Stick a maga dildo right up your orange arse Trump! Being Canadian, I feel bad saying that and want to apologize to the "not Trump lovers" but don't care. Feel free to join us instead and fight back against your shit head president in some way(if you want lol). On a side note, Trudeau has handled this well enough given the political situation here however, we really do need a new leader in to drive the future path of our country.

What climate change? We had 30 cm of snow Wednesday evening into the early hours of Thursday. That was fun to move with my snow blower. Given we have had snow storms in the prior weeks, there's not a lot of room to put the snow. Snow blowers are great but depending on how your house is situated with neighbours it can be difficult to put snow in certain areas without getting it all over your neighbours driveway. Then you've got to bust out the shovels and break your back lol. We are also getting 15cm on Saturday followed by 20cm on Sunday. Fook sakes! At least I can jump into the snow mounds and act like a kid with my children. Thank fook Monday is a holiday here so we can recover from our backeotomy. Classic Canadian winter!
