Have no fear lads. I did 10.2k steps yesterday and 11k steps today. Been working out consistently since the season started and in the best shape I've been in years. Think i could be the first 44 year old plucked from canadian winterland to make a vardy-esque impact at city. Because i love the club so much, i will play for free this season.
