This is how i got back into it. 30 mins cardio, 20 mins weights..did that for few weeks, then upped both weight amount and durations. Going ballsdeep works for some people but i think it also can have the opposite effect. Diet is most important too!

Wear biscuit or cake scent for the next few days and see them fook off earlier lol.

My kids love lego. I also don't have a son and daughter at all. I have purchased two portable tables which have taken over my dining room but they love it. Son is currently building another one and has a bigger car to do still. Best of luck, i love lego too!

Think all clubs have their dry spells. As they say it is a long season so it's important to get a win whether thats a thrashing or nail bitter we need to grind them out. Focus on the prize!

Hugs from my kids, the best gift. As some of you may know the wife and i don't exchange gifts but the kids get a few (nothing mental we spoil them more so on their birthdays). I know they are growing quickly (10 and 8) but the cuddles make me so happy. I just love seeing them excited and happy, takes me back to my time as a child. The days of "do i have to give dad a hug" are coming very soon but the answer will always be yes and you're going to like it or else summmmmmbody gunna get hurt real bad. Lol. Side note as per another thread, the wife woke up feeling better this morning so plans are back on!
