Even if he was let go at the end of the last Championship season for whatever reason, or if he was ill then and took time off for treatment, it is good that the club have acknowledged his passing and paid tribute. Whatever happened before is of no matter or odds really, and the club could have been tone deaf and just carried on, but I think you have to give credit where it is due and say the club has done something right here, regardless of if you think it's AI written or not enough.
