  2. For some reason I thought Wednesdays point deduction was 10 not 12. Highest attendance of the season and hopefully the fans start piling back in now Chansari gets nothing.
  3. How much was it before? I know the fundraiser hit the target pretty quickly.
  4. Realistically we dont have the money to get rid. We may be about to hit a mid table fight, or bottom half if we ended up with a point deduction, but we couldn't buy a striker in 3 months, you think we can pull manager severance and buyout money out our arse? I am at the point of accepting we are in for some mediocre seasons for a good while. I miss seasons with no drama!
  5. Luke Thomas amateur hour
  6. Realistically, what happens now? Is it that the administrators call the play on accepting takeover bids then instead of Chansari throwing them all away as he won't make his monty back, or are they in too much of a hole at this point? They have 5 transfer embargo's too. They could drop 3 divisions easily if they stayed in business from that alone surely?
  7. No point doing it now. Need to get someone in who can make some changes in January. They will soon realise they can't make any as we have a transfer war chest the consists of 3 Kit Kat bars and an IOU for 1 free polo lesson. No one out there even worth looking at and we cant afford to do a Forest.
  8. I cant listen or watch. How bad is it?
  9. Hahahahahahahhahaahaa!
  10. When Kante came on for his debut against Sunderland, I honestly left the ground thinking that he was dreadful. I also thought Iheanacho would bring more than he did when we signed him.
  11. I forgot we were playing until about an hour ago and it has honestly put me in a bad mood. Wondering which striker we will try tonight and be rinsing by 11?
  12. Oh god this threads back!? This thread has to be in the FT hall of fame along with the Tinder and Preki threads.
  13. That was coming. We haven't left the dressing room
  14. We look so much better with Ayew and Daka not on the pitch
  15. I forgit Sam was Leeds Manager. Good lord
  16. Wonder what that nutty owner will do next. Luckily we are strong and stable unlike them....🫠🤣
  17. Going up 35% in less than a minute is always a great way to drop the balance ratio of my trading 212 pie 🤣

    Belfast

    1. Don't look at anything AirBNB. There are some very Father Ted Caravan sort of style places out there you don't want to get into. My rule when I go is hotel chain I know with parking. It will still cost a fortune to park the car, but you get a discount in some places so it's only just a rip off. 2. If you are driving, every multi-story car park was designed to fit cars that appear to be 2 foot high by 3 foot wide. Our rental car looked like it went through The Troubles itself when we picked it up, but it was apparently "one of the good ones." 3. Drinking wise, Duke of York is good but touristy in Belfast. Kelly Cellars is good too. I haven't been to Crown Liquor, but walked past it many a time and wish I had gone in now looking at the pic @Stuntman_Mike has put up. If you are staying in Belfast, Titanic Quarter will be good for a day out. Crumlin Road Gaol is good too, but only for half a day. They do drives round Shanklin and Falls Road in black cabs with tours in black cabs if you want to learn about The Troubles. 4. I go with my wife, but she is half Northern Irish so she loves going. My daughter wants to go, but mostly for Titanic and a drive to Giants Causeway (there are coach tours from Belfast to the causeway if you want to see it and aren't driving). She is 15. 5. Sod all opens in the country on a Sunday until the afternoon. We thought getting an early flight in on a Sunday would give us a whole day of stuff...nope. Think it was 12-1pm everything opened and everything but restraunts and pubs closed again at 4. I have never visited Derry but I would love to. My father in law left during The Troubles and never spoke to my wife about it, so sometimes it is strange going there with someone with a slight Belfast twinge of an accent who knows nothing about the history. Feel free to DM me if you want any more info. We usually go October time, but havent the past few years due to having a baby, but happy to help.
  19. Owner of the masters can do what they want with them. They came back in Spotify a few years back, with the guitarist confirming Watkins got nothing, and that the music videos went back up with the comments off. Sick, horrible, twisted scum of a man who will be missed by no one. I feel for his victims only.
  20. Not sure what has changed, but the levels seem more balanced on this one. Sometimes Ric comes through booming loud and others sound really echoing. This one it seemed a lot more level across the board and made it easier to listen to rather than having to keep whacking the volume up or down.
  21. Chris Moyles has started doing this feature back on his show. The Stupid Amnesty always gets me with 1 or 2 things. Ashamed to say I was in my mid 30s before I realised there isn't different pepper plants for red, yellow and green and that it was just the ripeness.
