They changed the vote system this year as last year and the year before as they do ad campaigns and stuff in multiple languages to gather votes and tell people to vote 10/20 times for them, which isnt allowed but only in breach of "the spirit of the competition". There are 2 conspiracy theories that run riot on Reddit. One is a lot of the jewish communities in many countries will block vote for Israel, the others saying Israel themselves are finding the loopholes and funding it. When it was you just needed a phone numver from that country to vote, you can spin up an eSIM in seconds. Now it is 1 payment card and locks to the users location.
