LanguedocFox Posted 30 April 2015 Posted 30 April 2015 Amazing odds, because Hull and/or Villa and/or Sunderland are far more likely to drop off than we are. Not that I am putting anything on anyone: about a month ago, I tried to put a tenner on City staying up, and was offered evens. WFT?
Foxfromburbage Posted 30 April 2015 Posted 30 April 2015 Be happier with another 6 points on the board
Number 6 Posted 30 April 2015 Posted 30 April 2015 Was a bigger gap on Monday. Our odds have shortened. Need to win on Sat.
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 30 April 2015 Posted 30 April 2015 I honestly think Newcastle's price is massive. Sunderland have proved last season they can win unexpected games against the big sides, Hull look pretty solid now and Villa are playing well. If we beat Newcastle on Saturday then that price will halve. Equally if we lose Newcastle are safe and our price will probably halve as well.

Admittedly sunderland are more than likely to go down. Qpr and burnley are certs so 33/1 is tempting. Very unlikely but not impossible especially if we beat them tomorrow.

Chazwaz Posted 4 May 2015 Posted 4 May 2015 Paddy power have us at 13/2. That's a pretty insane price no way are we that safe.

Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 4 May 2015 Posted 4 May 2015 After Hulls defeat tonight we are 8/1 to be relegated, despite being just 1 point from the bottom 3. Although our form is worthy of Europe, there are still 3 big games left, in particular Sunderland away. Not going to have a bet but those who wish to I would suggest this is a tasty price.

Agreed For all the 'easy run in' talk, no PL games are easy, and our next two games are home to very good 7th placed side, and away to a side scrapping for their lives in front of 45,000 home fans. Worried.
Guest Col city fan Posted 5 May 2015 Posted 5 May 2015 Due to the sheer unpredictability of the Prem, 8/1 is a tasty price of course. I don't think we'll go down. I've said 17th and stick with it. But 8/1 is still big odds. It would only take a loss on Saturday for those odds to completely plummet.
nnfox Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 Bet365 - Odds to be relegated: QPR 1/1000 Hull 2/5 Sunderland 9/2 Newcastle 11/2 Leicester 33/1 Villa 66/1
Guest Col city fan Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 Bet fair have got City at nearer 50/1 to get relegated. I don't think they will at all..but them is BIG odds!
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 40/1 says it all. I know a few city fans who got some decent cash on at decent prices on us staying up.
