Owners blamed Derby's failure on McClarens head being turned when Newcastle rumours surfaced. Injuries to key players didnt help them out.

 

Did a decent job at Derby. They actually looked like a team who might have done something under McClaren. If they can get themselves a decent manager and keep Martin fit i can see them having a good season next season. Maybe even do what we did after missing out on promotion (not as good as us though).

 

Warburton for me would be a great manager. He worked wonders at Brentford.
