Same thing happened to me in the week. I just downloaded a new build and it's all fine now.

I use the volume button my remote.

You can go into settings and alter it there as well

When you are watching something on the display bar on the bottom, on the right hand side is a speaker icon click on that and you can change the volume on there

I've just had the same problem when I tried to watch the Newcastle game on my desktop. I uninstalled and then reinstalled and it worked a treat.

I know I more than likely won't get the answer here but thought I'd ask anyway....I have the in-laws coming over next week from Poland and was wondering if anyone knew any add-ons that show foreign tv? Particularly Polish obviously.

I think crusader on Phoenix has foreign channels. Not sure if they've got Polish.
