Izzy Posted 26 July 2015 Posted 26 July 2015 Ostrich NP really was off his trolley wasn't he bonkers I miss you Nige. It's definitely going to be different and a bit weird without him in charge this season
Matt Posted 26 July 2015 Posted 26 July 2015 It's definitely going to be different and a bit weird without him in charge this season I think you're looking for the word boring.
Dan Posted 26 July 2015 Posted 26 July 2015 I don't think they hate us, it's just in the grad scheme of things both our win against Man Utd and Derby mean very little to anyone other than a Leicester supporter. I am sure if you asked supporters of Hull, Norwich, Swansea, Stoke etc. simular size teams they will all have memories of what they would consider great games, which shows like this gloss over. At the end of the day sky want to show the games which influence the outcome of the league, with United not really challenging this year, that game had little or no impact on the season as a whole. I can appreciate that it's going to be largely top four centric, but if they've seriously given us 10 seconds for the Man Utd game then it's without a doubt been poorly put together. That was one of the most iconic games in the league's history and I'll not be told otherwise, not this time.
Izzy Posted 26 July 2015 Posted 26 July 2015 I think you're looking for the word boring. Yeah, you're probably right there. Whatever people's opinion is of NP, he sure was entertaining in his own special way

It was still a pretty big game no matter who you support especially after all the money they had spent, being 3-1 down, being a newly promoted team. It's a freak result that I don't think you'll ever see anything similar anytime soon.
Larry_LCFC Posted 26 July 2015 Posted 26 July 2015 Video at the end by far the best bit of the entire show.
Izzy Posted 26 July 2015 Posted 26 July 2015 Video at the end by far the best bit of the entire show. Yep. Really showed (to me anyway) how much NP cared. I was in the camp of 'move on, put him behind us and get behind Ranieri'. Now I'm genuinely worried we've made a massive fvck up in getting rid of him. Hope I'm wrong...
dormelcfc Posted 26 July 2015 Posted 26 July 2015 This programme isn't what it used to be. I agree, I much preferred the editions from the 90s and early 2000s that included news and generally went into more detail about the consequences on the table of each match. It used to be a great way to waste a weekend!
