Oxfordfox83 Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 I know it's Premier League history to be bottom one Christmas and top the next, but has it ever happened before in the English top flight? Seems an almost impossible feat. Apologies if already discussed...

Fox92 Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 What a difference a year makes for for Leicester City supporters whose side made history with their victory over Everton. With their 3-2 win at Goodison Park the Foxes became the first team to be bottom of the Barclays Premier League on 25 December one season and top of the same division 12 months later. That feat has only been achieved once before, by Norwich City who went top of the old First Division in the 1988/89 season.
