FoxyPalace.com Posted 12 February 2016 Posted 12 February 2016 My work has just informed me that DHL have given my company 2 tickets to the Swansea game in there lovely hospitality box. YYYYeeeaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh WWWWWhhhooooooooopppppppppppppppppppppppppppp Anybody been in this before? take it dinner etc?
Drift Posted 12 February 2016 Posted 12 February 2016 Yeah meal before the game (the breakfast in particular was pretty decent at an early kickoff) and a stocked fridge. You can't drink in your seats, but doesn't stop you keep nipping back inside.
FoxyPalace.com Posted 12 February 2016 Author Posted 12 February 2016 Really looking forward to this lads, cant wait now. What the hell would this cost if I was actually paying? The Mrs is well happy indeed.
Drift Posted 12 February 2016 Posted 12 February 2016 Think they're about a grand per box a game? Not that I've ever paid
Wymsey Posted 12 February 2016 Posted 12 February 2016 Think they're about a grand per box a game? Not that I've ever paid Think it's around £30k + VAT for season now, from what I heard before the season started.Box demand VERY high, with loads on a waiting list.

Blimey, not cheap then. Last time I was in a box was in the championship winning season. I guess if the demand's high they can charge what they like.

stretch1965 Posted 12 February 2016 Posted 12 February 2016 Shame there is a waiting list I was going to get a couple of boxes, ah well I'll stick with block H to keep it real and all that.........
Lestoh Posted 12 February 2016 Posted 12 February 2016 Good company DHL, used to work for their customer services. Gave away tickets to England v Wales at the rugby world cup to staff not long back.
m4DD0gg Posted 12 February 2016 Posted 12 February 2016 Yeh been before with them, as much booze as you want and food. Plus the bird who looks after you is a forest fan

The one me & my dad go in are £50k plus. Bang on the halfway line next door to the owners. People think it's all free booze & food but the box owner kops the bill at the end. The only thing free in the boxes are the tea, coffee, biscuits & match program.
Wrighty22 Posted 13 February 2016 Posted 13 February 2016 Jamie Vardys box is £35k a year and that's almost on the half way line

Sounds like a very civilised way to watch a football match especially if it's your team fighting for the premiership title!

AFAIK that's the starting price for them, food is extra depending on what you go for and location adds a few quid as well, halfway line would be most expensive.
