What's Wrong With People?

I've decided not to watch/listen/read anything about Spurs.  Harry Kane and his lions stalking tweet can do one.  I think some Leicester fans have been a bit rattled by their form but do you know what?  It doesn't matter.  They can win 10-0 every game until the end of the season.

We need 4 points from Swansea and Man Utd and then another 4 from Everton and Chelsea.  If we do that, it is all over.  It is in our own hands and I encourage everyone to just boycott all things Spurs and concentrate on getting behind the lads.

Let's take a look at our form. Choose from our current form, form for this season so far or the form for the Last 12 month. Take your pick. Any which way you like. Coz anyway you look at it and apply to our remaining games, we're gonna win the league!

Stand up for the City you spineless lot, I believe we will do it. This nervousness must not get to the players.

I am Sparticus, (or should it be Vardicus.) All together now....I am Vardicus.

There thats better, now go an ask mummsy if you can have a biscuit.

I stopped listening when he said Sunday was one of the worst moments in Leicester City's history.

Talk about Fecking knee jerk

I stopped listening when he said it wasn't a dive by Vardy and definitely a pen! Come on, I'm try blue but sometimes we have just got to be honest and believe what we actually see.

Forget what Spurs are doing - as fans we've no influence on what they do. Claudio will not even mention Spurs unless someone else mentions them first. Then he'll probably say the same - 'forget Spurs - leave them completely out of your thoughts and concentrate on what we're doing!'

The West Ham game can be seen as a stumble if doubters wish to do so. Actually we did very well out of a badly mismanaged game. We're still five points ahead of Spurs and, in spite of their 'fearsome' reputation, Man Utd are a stuttering, inconsistent collection of individuals who will be facing a cohesive team when they meet us. Chelsea have only their professional pride to play for (and for local pride when they meet Spurs). Everton look abject - losing 4-0 in the Liverpool derby is a sign Martinez has lost the 'dressing-room'. Swansea beat Arsenal at the Emirates in early March but since then have not come up against a team playing with any consistency.

I'm interested to see how Spurs will fare against Newcastle. Benitez seems to have galvanised the Magpies into some sort of order. I'm also intrigued by how they'll do against Southampton.

Interesting times, eh?

Very good post.

Sensible.

For people to have suddenly become so nervous does that mean you were expecting us to beat West Ham?  I'd have taken a point before the game knowing Spurs would likely beat Stoke.  Was by far our hardest remaining fixture.  Sure the Vardy situation is a kick in the teeth but we have got to this stage by team ethic.  Win against Swansea and everything's rosy again.

What did I tell you. As soon as a team stepped up to the plate (as West Brom did in the 2nd half) Spurs completely tightened up and one might even say 'choked'.

It's close now. I meant to say this on my first post here - but one thing I regret from 1995 is that I didn't really enjoy the last several games or so as I was too nervous. So you should try and do that - and it might even be possible now that you are looking like being the Champions.

You can go to Old Trafford with no pressure and really enjoy that game (as fans especially). Have fun.

I just can't see where the goals are coming from without Vardy and with Mahrez walking round like he's on drugs.

People forget just how vital Vardy is to the way we play. To lose him for 2 games or more at this stage is extremely significant.

Hindsight n all that...
