LJS Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Seriously. We've just drawn with a bloody good West Ham side despite being a goal down with ten men with seconds to go. The lads will be buzzing. The stuff with Vardy will galvanise them further. People have seen Spurs beat a crap Stoke side and are wetting their knickers. Laughable. There's nothing that's happened this season to suggest we can't beat Swansea at home. Vardy or no Vardy. Same with Everton. I think United will be tough, but Chelsea won't give a shit. Calm down. It doesn't matter if Spurs win every game 20-0 (they will drop points somewhere, by the way). Five points clear with four to play? That's a fantastic position to be in. We're going to win the league.

deejdeej Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 I can't calm down as such, I'm a total nervous wreck these days. But to be conceding the title when we're still 5 points clear is ridiculous, probably the same f*****s that moan constantly during our games.
ScouseFox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 if (hopefully when, has all the makings of a banker) we win at home to swansea, in 7 days time spurs are getting ready to play chelsea at the bridge 8 points behind with only 12 left to play for. no time to panic, this.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 West Ham beat Spurs, so a draw was a good result regardless... we haven't blown this... We have won 5 of the last 6 and drew one, our form is great. Just continue that and we will breeze to the eight points needed.
Corky Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 If Spurs get to the top of the table we don't know how they'll cope with it. We've done exceptionally well to stay at the top and have such a good lead. This is the first time in two months that it has been reduced.
filbertway Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Totally agree, anyone would think we've lost the last 5 and are throwing away a 20 point lead.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Totally agree, anyone would think we've lost the last 5 and are throwing away a 20 point lead. Exactly I could understand had we lost the last 5 or something
nnfox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Totally relaxed. We are top of the league with four games to go. And we will be top of the league with three to play. And we are Champions League. And Spurs need us to drop points in at least two games. The league table doesn't lie at the end of the year. If they are top, then fair play to them and we can be proud that we pushed them all the way.
Lionator Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 One thing about this team is that they're as strong as nails mentally. They're not going to bottle it, it's going to take a bloody good team to even beat us in this run in. We either roll over as supporters or we shove two fingers up to everyone and do this together because I want to witness history.
Suggy fox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 At last a bit of common sense on the forum. If we don't win the title then let's make sure it's because spurs are better and not because we got all hyped up worrying about conspiracy theories etc etc. We're doing great, I'm going to try and enjoy it
johnny the fox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 fook me.. whats wrong with people? lets face it we are finished..lets just roll over and give it to spurs..that's what the world wants..
Dr The Singh Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 It's the Vardy thing that has spooked me, I can deal with one match but 2, has me shitting myself
dpjfox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Totally agree LJS its been a dodgy couple of days and some supporters are feeling down but the players are made of stronger stuff.. a win on Sunday will put us 8 points clear and WBA can be stubborn/solid/unpredictable, lets not panic yet, imo its time for Mahrez to stop dreaming of Barca and get us some points, were still wellin this (you ask the Manchester clubs).
Monsell1976 Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Nerves are kicking in, hope the players don't panic, **** it no matter what happens now, I'm proud of the players, great season
Guest ttfn Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 This is the first time in two months that it has been reduced. That is an absolutely incredible statistic. Even 3 games ago I'd have ripped your arm off for a 5 point lead with 4 to play.
Jakemoore Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 I'm feeling okay. I just wish I could go an hour without thinking about football. It's consuming my every thought. I hate it but I really ****ing love it

They play WBA next Monday. They have their toughest fixture at the bridge the same w/end we have ours at OT.

adam Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Just been looking at the table for the 1000th time today. If we win our home games and spurs draw somewhere it's cigar time .Come on you blue boys.

Mikey Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Sunday's game will just galvanise the lads even more. They'll be buzzing getting that point at the end, the supporters need to help them through it. It's going to be hard but it's still all down to us. We can still do this.
Tielemans63 Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 I've never understood the mentality of those fans who seem to love it the minute something goes wrong. It takes a special kind of supporter to think all is lost when we're in the best position we've ever been in by a country mile.
Vlad the Fox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 All season everyone on here has been going on about how we are not a one man team, fighting back with ten men and we've suddenly become a one man team. People need to get a grip and keep backing us much as we have been doing all season, Ranieri has been tackticly superb throughout the season, he won't be stressing and will have us sorted and ready. In fact having to slightly change things may cause problems for a swansea in there preparation as they will now be guessing on our formation, personnel etc...
