Like Forest and Derby with their success. So what defines a big club now is it. Wealth of Owners, size of Stadium, Trophies won, Fan Base, Wages or Transfer spending as I'm not sure. As for Leicester our Owners are billionaires and were paying more in wages than Totenham and certainly Everton, Granted we don't have the Stadium or fan base. So what does that really make us apart from being on the up. And yes we had the best team in the league last year. It's a difficult question to answer really. Take Aston Villa for example, they could be regarded as a big club & yet they have just been relegated after a really pathetic season, whilst West Brom, Birmingham, Stoke, Wolves (all close neighbors) are not looked upon as big clubs . IMO one of the most important & urgent actions that we must do, is to increase the size of the King Power Stadium. Then if we carry on being a success in The Prem. we will become a big club! So therefore the capacity of the club's stadium must have a bearing on the title of 'big club' ???

I would like us to spend every penny of the £30m+ we got in for Kanté on a player we need for our campaign. For me, this should be a no.10 / attacking midfielder. 30m bid for Juan Mata perhaps?
jayfox26 Posted 25 July 2016 Posted 25 July 2016 As funny as it might be, we don't want to look like a delusional club like Everton who think they can sign anyone they want!
esoog Posted 25 July 2016 Posted 25 July 2016 Maybe we need an ambassador of some sort to help keep players and lure potential signings in. David Beckham perhaps?
Muzzy_no7 Posted 25 July 2016 Posted 25 July 2016 Someone who's game time may be limited at Dortmund now...Shinji Kagawa?
