stripeyfox Posted 27 October 2016 Author Posted 27 October 2016 They've handled this really badly so far - failed to make contact with victims families - announcing the day after that the park would re open on Friday - announcing to the stock exchange about the negative impact the accident will have on bottom line results - changing their mind about re opening on Friday, then blaming Queensland police being the reason they couldn't re open They should remember that four of their guests got mangled up one of their rides. Whatever the details are, it is pretty much their fault.

I disagree, They were told not to contact the families by police etc, they did make contact via police liason They announced the friday would be a commemoration al monies going to the families and it was suggested that it was important for the mental health of the park employees etc to open the park. They by law had to hold their AGM and of course it had to cover the financial effect. The CEO has advised that she would be donating her previous years bonus ($70,000+ I understand) to the families. A horrific incident that is unimaginable.
