Yeah, gotta say I have defended him up until that performance but got to agree now that he's pretty pants. I actually feel sorry for him because he looks like he is trying, but he is so weak and looks like he has 0 confidence.

I can't come up with any other reason than he has marginalized all of the training and backroom staff. Other than the shrink and Walsh they are the same, how have they let it go? Saddens me, but f that's the case we'd be better of without him or an immediate replacement and let Shakey & co do what they've done in the past without what appears to be a disruptive influence.
