I don't usually have any as I don't have breakfast. Might have something to do with getting up at 2pm usually. :w00t:

Don't really have cereal I normally have bacon sarnies for Breakie, but on the odd ocasion I do I like Shreddies, not cold though, have to microwave it for 2 minuites, and loads of sugar :w00t:

erm, I remember liking Ricicles when they had the marshmellows with them! :D

Then I evolved onto Coco Pops and then Frosties...and now I either have a glass of OJ or a fry up at the weekends...

Cornflakes.

I did think of defering to Special K, as part of my perpetual weight loss programme, but having read the blurb, cornflakes have less sugar, more fibre, and more importantly fewer calories than their so-called 'healthier' counterpart.

I have never considered that aspect, but it is an important and valid point.
