brisfox Posted 5 May 2017 Share Posted 5 May 2017 As you all know, Birch will be doing his annual run in a couple of weeks at the Bournmouth game. We still need collectors for the game and each person who collects will get a ticket to the match. You have to be aged 16 years old. The tickets tend to be scattered throughout the stadium so I cannot guarantee that familes can sit together. If you are interested in helping email me at [email protected] You will need to be at the stadium at 1pm

AKCJ Posted 5 May 2017 Share Posted 5 May 2017 Birch is ****ing mental. Whats he doing running around a football pitch 4 months after a heart attack? I'd sooner pay to see him pushed around on a wheelchair!

The Doctor Posted 6 May 2017 Share Posted 6 May 2017 Didn't actually realise he'd still be doing it - thought Januarys heart attack would have put paid to that.
Wymsey Posted 6 May 2017 Share Posted 6 May 2017 Would've strongly doubt it; recovering from heart attacks can be a long process and often requires the affected person to make changes during this period. Depending on what was damaged during that unfortunate ordeal, and also considering he's quite old and more 'vulnerable', the doctors (possibly including those at the club too) have probably advised him not to do this.
