Connection problems

I've been having problems connecting to the site, on-and-off since yesterday afternoon.

 

My pc diagnostics say it's a problem with the server - is anyone else having problems?

Yeah same issue here, never lasts long each time but been on and off since Friday.

Sometimes it says 'Error - time out' (only recently) when wi-fi signal on my phone is good and no other site.
