That's what has impressed me, about Pep, he put out a very near full strength Man City!

Noticed that as well. I reckon they're winning the treble this season.

Whilst the discrepancy in price money between league and FA Cup has increased tenfold, I don't see why the "magic of the FA Cup" has in any way or form been diminished.

Lincoln's fairytale story last season and some of this weekend's result (Coventry, Newport, Forest) show the magic is indeed still there.

All we have to do is to play our part and beat Fleetwood in the replay...

The thing is tho, managers don't understand how much the FA cup means to groups of fans... Winning it could keep their job and keep the faith with the fans, lose like Stoke did vs Cov and proves that it can cost dearly. Doesn't make sense to me either when there's a one week break until the league games as well. Mid/lower table prem sides should be having a right go.

In the old days it was a common cause of managers getting the sack losing to a much lower side. If youhave an excuse to play a reserve side they will  take it. We lost 3-0 to Fleetwood  with a similar strength side so you could say a good result  and a few bob for Fleetwood in the replay

not only claud puel not taking the cup seriously... the fleetwood game sees just the west stand open.

No one will like what i say here....but people cant be arsed with a wednesday night not on season ticket to see a league 1 team and changed leicester team.

People talk about the magic of the cup....the reality is the only thing people want is big teams playing each other.

A small hardcore of people that make the most noise rave about the fa cup.

The majority that dont post on forums dont.

The fa cup will eventually die make no mistake.

But ill be there and i do value the fa cup.
