I think having a team consisting of too much of any one nationality can be a huge mistake,  I think Newcastle for example suffered greatly for a number of reasons for having too many French players who were mediocre and not seemingly suited to the rigors of the Premiership. I believe very strongly that any of our teams should have a neucleas of British born players whatever their family roots.

We have a good group of domestic players to be fair and I agree that is important. It's also nice to know that the younger crop are getting a chance to break into the squad too. Hopefully we don't need to worry too much about cliques forming as it still seems we have a strong dressing room.
