Heh, just realised as they play the highlights on the radio that Barber almost said it was an equliser when Kisnorbo scored :P I suppose that's usually what he has to say when we score <_<

Poor Joey, annoyed by him being dropped. Can only think that CL is citing Kisnorbo's better aeriel ability in the midfield really as why he's picked him...

Tiatto gone, hurrah!

Williams ditto, ditto!

Surprised at Hume being dropped, he does get knackered though as he works his arse off all game so maybe CL is looking to Burnley?

Hmm. One texter says they really liked us playing with two winger, but wants Tiatto to come back

What is the text number?

the only place tiatto should have a hope of playing is in the holding role, but we should keep the same team together

I'm gonna call for leveins head see what barber says lol

I must say, what I liked about today was that apart from the last 5-10 minutes we sounded like we kept attacking. Reminded me of the Stoke game where even though our defence was a bit dodgy whenever they scored a goal we just went to the other end and scored one (or more) of our own.

2-1's ok but why on earth were MDV and Kisnorbo playing? ;)

lol

Great win today, seems like we struck the right balance and actually attacked the opposition rather than just contained them.

Hope this proves the turning point and gives the team a lot more confidence, it's just what we need to start a run.

Finally, we've won away!!! :D :D

Exactly - and because we attacked Watford had to keep an eye on defending which meant they were a lot less potent than usual.

Leicester could so easily have had four goals even from slightly less of the play thn Watford which demonstrates our potential potency now with the quicker players we have and with the strengthened midfield.

We'll emphasise it even more with Sheehan and Goal-Smith in the side.

Score two and three goals a game and we won't lose too many in this division.

And if we keep the pressure on to attack then hopefully Craig will never want to go back to dour defence.

The think now is to refocus for the visit of Burnley - for Craig to explain what he wants and for the team to be ruthless in putting it into effect.

The Championship is on at 11:30 tomorrow btw, so people can have a lie in

And people can be playing/watching Sunday league footy too :(

I don't know how they'll edit it for the OS but I thought Levein was very honest in his interview (before technical problems cut him off). He said the SPL and Champ are very different and he's been learning how to deal with that. He said corners are more important in this league than in the SPL which threw him a little at first. He said he thought it was a good team performance today.

Very true, although you'd have expected him to have realised that fact last season rather than just now!

espeically as he sort of used last season to learn about English football etc. But better late than never i guess.

Im pleased about the win, but 1 win isnt good enough. To succeed, its all about turning each win into another and so on. We need to build on it, and i know i say this every time, but its true. its no good winning this game and losing the next because it will just take us back to square 1!
