Steven Posted 17 October 2005 Posted 17 October 2005 Don't forget that the Moan In is on at 6pm. Click the link if you have Real Player.
Louise Posted 17 October 2005 Posted 17 October 2005 Bet no-one phones in, now that we've actually won.
Sir JJ Wilcox Posted 17 October 2005 Posted 17 October 2005 oh dear albert. This is weird we get 4 points in 2 games and Leveins gonna get bummed to night on the moan in and be portrayed as a hero were as about 3 weeks ago they all wanted Levein out

Steven Posted 17 October 2005 Author Posted 17 October 2005 There are never any callers anymore Just guests It is more of a City round up type show.
Steven Posted 17 October 2005 Author Posted 17 October 2005 Did we miss anything important/good? No. <_<
Anish Posted 17 October 2005 Posted 17 October 2005 It is more of a City round up type show. Yep, they've even renamed the show - now calling it the 'football forum' rather than the phone-in.
Libertine Posted 17 October 2005 Posted 17 October 2005 Yep, they've even renamed the show - now calling it the 'football forum' rather than the phone-in.
Gené and Tonic Posted 17 October 2005 Posted 17 October 2005 yes I think they'll find that this, is actually a football forum.
cisono Posted 17 October 2005 Posted 17 October 2005 Yep, they've even renamed the show - now calling it the 'football forum' rather than the phone-in. Really?!?!? I guess there is no point expecting (m)any(?) phone calls in future shows then...
Jonbluefox9 Posted 17 October 2005 Posted 17 October 2005 I listened to half of the show and all I heard was a bloke from Mablethorpe who spoke to the presenters for about 5 minutes about how he used to listen to Alex Trelinski on the late show and Radio Lincolnshire, Andy from Long Eaton trying to look at some of the positives after an away win and Tim Davies shamelessly plugging the Burnley and Coventry games right at the end of the show. He also described Stearman as one of the best young prospects in Europe and as a local lad even though it says on the OS that he was born in Wolverhampton.

It should not be too difficult to find some positives after a long-awaited away win! Perhaps "local" as in ... Midlands? (bit of a stretch though)
Jonbluefox9 Posted 17 October 2005 Posted 17 October 2005 It should not be too difficult to find some positives after a long-awaited away win! This was Andy from Long Eaton though. He's nagativity personified. He'll only be happy the day he becomes Leicester manager and he can sign Bobby Zamora or another striker that he thinks we should sign if we had enough money.
Gené and Tonic Posted 18 October 2005 Posted 18 October 2005 tbh I thought he talked a lot of sense last night
Ric Flair Posted 18 October 2005 Posted 18 October 2005 The phone-in used to be shit though, atleast they've changed it now. It's still pretty crap but perhaps they will keep changing it until they find something that works. Stearman is classed as local he might have been born in Wolverhampton but hasn't he been playing in junior teams in Leicestershire throughout his youth?
